Forever Flawless

I went to the Biltmore to buy sun glasses and found this amazing Skincare boutique. The staff was very informative and professional, the products are expensive yet very effective !!! My skin is glowing !!!

The staff at the Biltmore location is super friendly, professional, very knowledgable and not pushy at all — they have been taking the time to demonstrate multiple products and answer all the million questions I had. I personally highly recommend the Black Diamond Collection — these products are really working! Very easy to use and feels great when you apply it — I have been using many different creams for years but only when I started using the Black Diamond Collection products I started seeing a difference, my face is radiant and I get many compliments. I have been using the Diamond infused cleansing complex, Diamond Infused 24K Facial Cream and Eye Diamond Infused Serum. Since I started using these products the lines around my eyes and mouth have visibly soften and I just look more refreshed. give it a try!

It’s been years since I’ve encountered such a pushy salesgirl, so I guess it was due. However, this may be the first time I’ve been so blatantly lied to right in front of my face. Maybe the girl thought I looked stupid. In retrospect, I now find it insulting.
She first lures you in with a pretty little packet with a big diamond stamped on it (damn it, why do diamonds have to be a girl’s best friend??). Then she asks you to sit (my mistake, but my hands were full and I could’ve used a seat).
Salesgirl: «How old are you? Oh my goodness, you look AMAZING!»
Me (in my head): No, I look my age. If you want to see someone amazing, you should see my mother. She’s 52 and people think we’re sisters.
Salesgirl: «Which brand do you use now? Chanel? It lasts you about 5 – 6 months?» (whips out calculator) See? With this, you’d be saving so much money instead of spending so much at Chanel!
Me: That’s not correct math… at all. (For the record, Chanel gel hydration runs about $ 96/​bottle and lasts me roughly 6 months with every day use. That’s about $ 200/​year, not the $ 500+ this girl WITH A CALCULATOR came up with).
Salesgirl: «Don’t wash the peel off afterwards, otherwise you will be getting rid of all the minerals and good stuff inside. Just wipe it off.»
Me: Really? Because that’s not what the instructions on the box say.
Salesgirl: «Look at the price online. It’s $ 179.99. I’m offering it to you for $ 88 today.»
Me: That’s not even the same product. You’re showing me a product from a different line.
Salesgirl: «The price is going to go up next week because of the holidays.»
Me: I didn’t know there were Halloween sales.
Salesgirl: «Okay, fine. FINE. Can you keep a secret?»
Me: «Sure.»
Salesgirl: «Do you work here in the mornings?» *Conspiratory wink* «YES, YES YOU DO. So here’s a discount for you!»
Salesgirl: «How are you going to pay? With credit card or cash?»
Me: You haven’t even told me how much this product is going to cost me! I’m not just going to hand you my card!
She did her exfoliating/​moisturizing experiment on my left arm, which now feels exactly the same as my right arm an hour later. Oh, and my left arm burned a little afterwards when I walked outside into the sun, probably because she removed about three layers of skin. UGH.
I can’t speak for the product itself. I hope it works as well as the girl claims it does for all the people who are purchasing Forever Flawless products.
Congratulations to whoever hired this girl for the company. She’s gonna make you a lot of money. If other people don’t catch on, that is.

Wonderful items and excellent customer service! I tried the body scrub (salt) and the body butter and really felt my skin softer and feels amazing! A friend of mine who tried it too, loved it! Customer service in my eyes is super important when i’m buying merchandise and with forever flawless i can be sure 100% i will have an answer for every question or concern. since i was really happy with those items, i got back there and got the eye serum and eye cream. LOVED THEM! I really see results! I highly recommended on this company.

When you reach for the bait (ehem…‘free sample’), they take your hand and start walking backwards into their little shop of horrors. There were no musical numbers, however, just line after line… you’re my model today… beautiful! oh you look fabulous. Let me put this on the inside of your arm… oh feel how soft that is… Its DIAMONDS! can you keep a secret? I’m feeling naughty, so here’s some free stuff I’m not supposed to give away, but for YOU, if you buy this $ 180 bscreamlafreche (I made that up, I don’t know what they call the crap), I’ll throw in like a million dollars worth of stuff… shhhhh…it’ll be our secret. Omg, your eyes are amazing! You look incredible now that I creamed your face with random stuff! Oh! It’s a miracle (you look exactly the same, btw. of course). I just was so entertained. The super pushy sales tactics… the bright lights. the hand holding… wait…why did they just hug me? Let my hand go! How do you get out of here?! Did I just give away my first born?! WT… then, before you know it… its over. You’re in the parking lot, checking to make sure you didn’t actually buy something. Let me let you in on a little secret — unless its under $ 10, never impulse buy. If you get all tempted, step away, google search on your phone and then decide. Don’t get duped. (Super impressive show, though, so if you’re into that and you don’t crack under pressure, please go and enjoy!!)
You can leave any time. You are not a prisoner. You’re a grown up… just leave. You don’t have to be nice or polite (they’re not, they’re trying to take your money). If you really can’t find a way to escape, pretend you’re going to vomit and run out of the store. easy!

Called the number and spoke with Ofar about making an exchange and he was incredibly helpful and offered to exchange my product with no issue. I liked the product too but it wasn’t a good gift for a friend so I exchanged for a better option for her. I went into the store and everyone was friendly and willing to help me. I’ve tried a handful of their products and I love them all and can’t wait to give my gifts from Forever Flawless to friends and family! Highly suggest testing out their products. These guys have to do some pressure tactics to get you in the store but you’ll be pleasantly surprised how great they are!

I had a facial by Joelle and it was amazing! Joelle knew her product well. I especially loved the heated thermal mask. Literally my skin was changed after my experience. My skin was improved and felt tighter. I did not have to wear any foundation for a week following my facial. It was not a hard sale following my facial. I’m in my mid 40s and recommend Forever Flawless product!

Very expensive product and some SERIOUS hard-​pressure sales tactics here! Beware of even walking past the store as they lure people off the sidewalk with samples and the next thing you know you’re sitting in a chair with some sort of cream on your arm and the sales person starting in on you. If you balk or try to leave, they will drop the price (even several times!) until you just buy something so you can get out of there. As for the product, it made my arm really red about an hour after I left so I’m going to try to return it…

Amazing products and awesome facial! Very expensive the place is an experience for sure!
