I’m using Ryan Richards right now. He and his family know their craft and are in regular communication. He texts and calls with updates. He knows roofing. Been doing it for more than 30 years here in the Phoenix valley. He and his crew work well together and work fast. He’s also transparent about costs. He lays out the cost of all materials and prices labor fairly. Roofing is complicated, difficult work – to say the least – and Ryan knows it well. He has been doing the labor almost his whole career and is just now formalizing his own small business. He’s not licensed or bonded at this point, but I was willing to go with the risk and I’ve been very pleased by the results.
