I always get the same thing– vanilla latte with white espresso– and it is always delicious. Servers are always very nice.

My rating is based on their nitro cold brew and their service. The drink is consistent with great balanced flavor. Haven’t tried anything else yet but surely will come back to do that in near future.

I go there all the time, it’s pretty dang good. I didn’t know anything about coffee when I started coming here and they taught me all the stuff and now I enjoy it all a little more because I understand it. And they have a cool name.

Had to go down to the Grand Ave area for business. After I finished my meeting I ambled over to the cute little pink coffee house for an iced mocha. Sweet little place that brews and bottles cold brew coffee next door and sells it there too. Great prices — just $ 5 for a large iced mocha! Love it! The barista asked if I wanted to try their white espresso so I did. An unusual nutty taste and pleasant change from your chain coffee shops. A couple of tables indoors and a couple of tables outside makes this a perfect little find. Funky, mega cool and with items not usually seen like the white espresso and house cold brew all bottled and ready to go. I wish I had known about this gem when I worked at 15th and Monroe. A terrific find. I can’t wait to go back and try a regular espresso and some cold brew.

A few coworkers and I got together here for a quick meeting before work. It’s a quaint little place for just a quick coffee. I recommend the outdoor seating as the inside is quite small. Not the best cup of coffee I have had, but not the worst.

This is a little coffee house tucked away just off of Grand. No room for sitting inside, but there is a nice outdoor area of tables and other small shops to explore. As someone who lives and works downtown, this is a hidden gem for getting a morning coffee without the long lines! I have been here a few times and find the baristas are always accommodating, friendly, and helpful. There is a certain ‘hipster’ vibe to it but that’s what makes this whole area unique and fun to see. I’d highly recommend this place for coffee, can’t say much about food or ice cream since I haven’t had those here yet.

If you’re over 25 and look it, get your coffee somewhere else. My wife and I stopped in after lunch at Third Space. Just wanted a quick latte. Strong negative vibe. Felt like we were intruding and weren’t welcome there. Maybe we looked like her parents, or her parole officer, or something but it was the most uncomfortable I’ve been as a customer in recent memory. Plenty of other better choices nearby.

It is this tiny joint. Ordered ice coffee(cold brewed), ice cream, and lemon bar. The coffee and lemon bar was good. The ice cream was old so it was icy and super HARD. The staff that took our order was in a rush or something. And the place was so stuffy, we sat outside.

Ninny is the best! She sold me 100% on the toddy– and even convinced me to use less milk in my lattes! Smoothest toddy I’ve ever had.

I stumbled upon this place last night while walking around the Grand Ave Festival. This is a cute coffee house tucked away in the third space building. The barista was friendly and made a mean latte. Also, they use Morning Bell coffee(roasted just two doors down… and a delish coffee they sell at the Phx Public Market on Sat morning). This coffee is legit, smooth, not acidic, flavorful. The whole package. Anyway, I also found out that they sell thrifty ice cream, so needless to say, I will be back!

Grind House Coffee is a really cute, small coffee shop operating out of a WWII era German POW bungalow at the corner of Grand and Fillmore, behind ThirdSpace restaurant. The vibe is fabulous, with lots of outdoor seating. They serve coffee from Morning Bell Coffee Roasters, roasted a couple of doors down in the same comlex, and its delicious stuff! Ofcourse they have wifi, and they also serve ice cream so you can have an affogato! Grind House Coffee is a welcome addition to the neighborhood, come by and check it out.
