I am just blown away by the excellent service this place provided. Both my husband and I had our sleep studies done here and they treated us like we were family. The lady who conducted the test was informative, explained every step, and helped me to feel comfortable with the procedure. The facility provides an extremely relaxing environment, very comfortable bed, and just all-around great ambiance. If you work nights or are a daytime sleeper, they have day studies available as well. Their customer service before, during, and after the study is exemplary. I highly recommend this place to everyone!

About a year ago, I was checking out my reasons for fatigue and such and one of the steps was to get a sleep study done. I was given a list of providers and chose the one closest to my house simply for convenience. Before my study, I talked on the phone with a representative who told me that my insurance wouldn’t cover the study, but it would go towards my deductible, so I would have to pay $ 500 or less if I met my deductible. I didn’t like it, but I proceeded. On the day of the study, I showed up and was given a bill for $ 750. When I asked why the increase, I was told that I must have misunderstood over the phone. At this point… whatever, I just wanted to get this over with. As they hooked up about 20 different electrodes on my body, I was given instructions, one of which was that if I needed anything, particularly to go to the bathroom(I would need their help to get out of bed with all the electronics on me), I just had to speak in a normal tone of voice, as they’re listening to every sound I make and watching me on camera. Fast forward to about 2am when I woke up, needing to pee in a bad way… I sat in that bed for what seemed like an hour, progressively going from a normal speaking-voice«Hello? I need to go to the bathroom» to shouting«Hey, can anybody hear me?» For the last several times of me shouting, the man in the room next door could clearly hear me as he shouted both for me to shut up and for somebody to help me. Of course, the guy that came in to help me seemed to think I must have just started talking, completely oblivious. After everything was complete, the person looking at my report told me that their findings were inconclusive… and I would need to do it again. Not a chance with these folks. To add insult to injury, a month later, they attempted to bill me for another $ 650.
