We have had an account with them for 4 years. Whenever you call customer service they can never find our information, or they can’t find our client’s information. We usually get a response like «Are you SURE you work with us?» Operators are rude, most of the drivers dress for a day on the beach. Very unprofessional. I am making it my mission to convince the owners of my company to change couriers.

I have used Intelliquick once or twice a week for about 10 years, and they have never let me down.
Their customer service is friendly and effective, and they have decent online ordering and tracking. I would give 5 stars if the website was just a bit better.

I first called IQ when I needed an important check to be picked up from Scottsdale and driven all the way to surprise with only two hours notice. I was extremely skeptical but they pulled it off so I used them again. now three calls later all of the deliveries have been perfectly on time and cost much less than I expected it to be.
IQ is a godsend, Im now a loyal customer!

I have been working at Intelliquick for over 5 years now, and out of all the other companies I have worked for IQ demonstrates the highest level of Customer Care and satisfaction that I have experienced. When Intelliquick says «IQ cares, they truly do!» They have a great work environment, and if your looking for a on time delivery company they are the local choice!

We have used several couriers in the Phoenix valley. Intelliquick was never on time, and did not have a good method for tracking packages. The people we spoke to on the phone were very courteous, however they are not enough to keep us with a company that will promise you everything, and not deliver.

Random. I know. But I have to say that IQ is the best courier service!!! They deliver our paychecks for Paychex and they are always so friendly and on time!!! So nice to not have to deal with the smell of smoke from tobacco or other things like most drivers and they can also do same day runs for super cheap. Just an FYI. You never know!
