Recently I found myself in the market for a new mattress and planned to drive up to a mattress store that received positive feedback via Unilocal.However, on my way there I passed J & A and thought, ‘Bacon, give the smaller guy a shot.’ So I turned around and did just that.
J & A offers a nice selection of reasonably priced mattresses – their slogan is «Prices so low you have to lay down to see them.» And after telling a few people what I bought and how much it cost, it appears they live up to that credo.
Something to keep in mind if you’re considering J & A for your next mattress is, a showroom this is not. J & A is simple, straight forward and frill-​less. But what they lack in décor is made up for in competitive pricing and friendly service. While I wasn’t able to have my purchase delivered that day (it was Sunday), they were more than accommodating in arranging delivery around my work schedule. And carrying everything to my place. Upstairs.
