Have been dealing with Knight AIr conditioning since the mid 80’s – 3 houses and I cannot say enough about their outstanding customer service. Carisa is a professional in every way and Chuck… what can I say – he is far more than our ‘AC guy’ – he is our friend. I would not hesitate to give him a key to our house if it was needed. I would not get bids if we needed new units – even if he might be higher trust cannot be compromised. If you need your HVAC repaired or service Knight AIr Conditioning is the go to business Outstanding in every way.

This company is AWSOME!!! My Ac unit decided to stop working on the hottest day of the year so far…102 °F. Carissa answered my call right away, she was very polite on the phone. After a few questions i was able to answer, she told me right away what was wrong. She was able to send a technician out with the right parts within a few hours. They changed out the fan motor and the capacitor. Thank you so much for the quick response, I will reccomend them to all my friends and family.

I just got off of the phone with Carissa the owner. This lady decided it would be professional to talk in a condescending fashion to a potential customer. We were discussing the $ 79 diagnostic fee, and I was telling her that I didn’t want to pay $ 80 to have somebody come out and tell me that all I have to do is turn on the gas line or put gas in it or whatever. I understand if the fireplace legitimately has an issue that needs a technician to repair it, at that point I have no problem paying a diagnostic fee or even repairs, but if it were to be a simple solution that would take 5 minutes, I don’t want to have to pay $ 80 for that. Obviously, I am unfamiliar with gas fireplaces. The one star review isn’t about their work, I’m not sure what kind of work they do, but the owner needs to learn how to talk to customers in a respectful manner. I felt like I was being chastised by a parent. Carissa’s response to our discussion was, «Well, can YOU figure out what the issue is?» My obvious response was«no», then she says«Riiiiight…»… really lady? Like you have people waiting in line to pay you 80 bucks to go look at their units??? Any kind of owner that treats a potential client like that will never get my business, I’m not sure how you’ve lasted this long with you answering the phones Carissa, hopefully you have administrative assistant that has more courtesy and respect than you do. The $ 79 diagnostic fee isn’t even the issue anymore, it’s just the way that Carissa decided to handled the conversation. Blah!

As a fellow contractor I am quite a snob when it comes to referring companies, I expect them to exceed expectations and always follow through with their word. I am proud to refer Knight Air Conditioning to all of my friends and clients because I am confident that they will have an amazing experience. I went to Rosie on The House’s Referral List when I needed a new Air Conditioner and I picked Knight Air Conditioning from the list. I’ve never been sorry. Chuck has come out whenever I needed something taken care of on the unit and always asks if there is anything else he can do for me. He’s offered to lift heavy items up into storage and just generally takes care of anything I need done. To save me some money he advised me to pick up an adjustable thermostat and then one of his guys installed it. They showed me how to set it and make sure it is working properly when they come out to check the system. All of his employees have been courteous and great technicians. I recommend Chuck’s company to everyone I talk to.

I’ve had Chuck service my units for years. They were cheap builder grade units and he made them perform better than they had in years. When it came time to replace them, I had three reputable companies give me quotes. I brought Chuck in last and without knowing what the others bid, he came in well under their bids. That made it so easy. He put in some great units and had the keys to my house for a few days while they were in and out. I don’t know of any other contractor I would trust absolutely with my home with no one home. Choosing Chuck was a no brainer.

Our electric bill doubled. We called Knight after looking at HVAC companies that are Rosie on the House certified. Mark came out and looked everything over. He wasn’t able to fix the issue(our fault), but he was able to disable the heater which was erroneously turning on with the AC. He also illustrated the fixes needed, along with non-essential, but valuable options to improve the system. Mark helped us out today, and we greatly appreciate it. Thanks Knight!

My a/c went out Wednesday evening. By Friday afternoon, the new unit was up and running. The installers were respectful and cleaned up after themselves. The business owner, Chuck Knight, came out to inspect their work personally. He is a friendly guy who loves his work and does it with integrity. He gave me a good price and did not try to sell me any extras. I recommend him without reservation.
