I had the complete displeasure of being sent Sunbright after claiming an American Home Shield warranty claim. The tech arrived on time and did an about face when I explained the sand filter had broken an internal lateral. The filter is a very old filter. It is hard to work on and hard to find the center o-ring. STEVE said "I don't want to work on that." He looked at it, took pictures, started the pump and before the pump was even primed he turned it off. Took pictures on the sand in the pool and walked out to the van. Came back stating he needed auth from AHS. He said would call me back. AHS called me stated the tech STEVE said my pool had "high filter pressure" that caused the failure. How the heck can he determine that by never actually running the pool, or testing anything. He LIED to AHS. I lost $100 in 5 min due to this guy.

I had a problem with my pool plumbing. Danny came and fixed it and told me if there are problems to call him back. After he left again I was having the same issue. I called Danny back and left a voice message. He was back again and replaced the pool pump lid and my problem was solved. I am very happy with the service and the quick response…

Danny came out last week to fix a leak that was caused by another pool service company’s not doing a good job. But Danny was very thorough in assessing the situation and fixing the problem without wasting time. A bonus was he’s a very energetic and friendly guy! We’re VERY impressed with the quality of service provided!
