Landscape Masters never showed up! I personally spoke with Angela regarding her services, provided the requested photos of our yard, and set a day/​time for service (Jan 30 at 1100am). We received a text message the crew was running late by approx 30 mins to an hour. We said that was ok. We waited and waited. Nothing. I texted for an update and never heard back. I called and left one voicemail, called back a while later, and the phone went straight to voicemail with no rings. I sent another text indicating our numerous attempts to contact Landscape Masters and added we were seeking someone else to help us. Very disappointed in this company’s lack of professionalism. I can deal with lateness, but to never show and never respond, is unacceptable. We do not recommend them.
