Do not stay here! I was going to try to leave two stars to be nice, but after two nights of craziness from this place, it had to be one star. I had a reservation from a different hotel, however, my husband and I decided to stay an extra night in Arizona. I had two different hotels booked then, but I started looking for one I could book for all days needed for our vacation. This extended stay hotel came up and it was cheaper than both of the hotels I already had booked. The reviews were very mixed, so I was skeptical, but figured my husband and I wouldn’t be in our room most of the time. I realize now that the good reviews are probably from the hotel employees themselves. My husband and I had a red eye that brought us to the hotel very early in the morning. The night clerk seemed bothered when I entered the hotel and was quite rude, telling me that I could not check in for another 11 hours. I stay in hotels at least three times a year, and I’ve never been denied my room when I check in on the date of my reservation. The clerk told me that the hotel was booked, and that’s why I had to wait until 3:00 p.m. for a room. I told her my situation, that my husband and I had never been to Arizona and had no clue about what we could do for the next 11 hours without having a room to sleep and shower. She said all she could do was give us a room for yesterday’s date for $ 99. But just a minute prior, there were no rooms?! I decided I was not going to pay for a day I wasn’t even there. My husband and I sat in our car in the parking lot, trying to figure out what to do and watched the same two cars leave the hotel and come back every 20 minutes. We decided there were either drug deals going on or prostitution at this hotel. Sometime while watching these two cars, my husband and I feel asleep in our rental car. The security guard woke us, and he was apologetic, as he had been sitting next to the night clerk when I tried to check in and heard the entire situation, but he told us we needed to leave as we did not currently have a room and we were on private property. We found a Starbucks and slept in front of it in our rental car, like we were homeless people. We then tried shopping at whatever stores were open at the crack of dawn, trying to waste time until we could get into our reserved room. We finally were able to get into a room after nine hours of waiting, and we were actually lucky, because the day clerk took pity on me, I think. I had started checking if a room was available at 11:00 a.m., and finally got the keys for a room a little after 1:00 p.m. However, I heard the clerk tell another client that he would have to wait until 4:30 p.m. to check in to his reserved room. We tried getting a different hotel shortly after getting into our room. However, we were stuck paying for one of the days for this hotel. Many of the hotels in the area are price gouging due to the Spring Training month, so it wasn’t as easy to get into another hotel, as I thought. The house cleaning knocked on my door starting at 8:30 a.m. and we had to tell her twice to come back later. The house cleaning was not very clean, and I actually had to clean the room myself a couple of times. Also, we had only been given a minimum of toilet paper and other hotel toiletries, so I was worried of running out. We had left for the day and returned to two police cars blocking part of the parking lot. The room is extremely small for a «suite». It is more like a studio for a person in a halfway house. I’ve gotten bigger rooms for less money at Motel 6! Also, I paid $ 120 a night for my «suite», and that was a deal from $ 185?! Please! I’ve gotten a real two-bedroom suite in Lake Tahoe for $ 99 a night, and that was a 4-star hotel. All in all, bad staff and organization in running this hotel. I guess the plus was that we didn’t see any cockroaches, like the other clients had. I wish I had seen these other reviews prior to booking my reservation at this hotel. I won’t be back.

I would call this either the LA Cucharacha motel or Buy My Drugs Here motel. The place is dirty, cockroach infested, a central drug corridor and the most lying little bitches ever working the front office. They will say one thing to you telling me they do background checks of their potential guests for felonies, etc. Then you find out that they just let whoever they want stay there as long as either the price is right or some guy gives them a compliment. We were told to remove our other comment because it was damaging to the hotel. No we will not remove the comments. Fix the place. It’s disgusting.
