This was a good place to stop for the night. The rooms are really basic but are kept up pretty decently. Not to say fancy in any way, but it’s clean. The area was quite too. Didn’t seem to have anything to complain about really. Staff was nice and friendly. The only complaint I would say is the whole room deposit thing. It’s weird because they have to go check your room for theft or damage before they release your deposit back. Which I’m sure they do at every hotel. But they did it right then and there. Which, No I wasn’t worried they wouldn’t release it back to me, it was just weird to have to wait for the guy to go and come back to say«yea, he’s cool. Give him his money back». Just a little awkward I guess. But other than that, good place to stay for the night.

Husband was in town for business and stayed here last night, he didn’t read reviews until after paying the low price of $ 75 — his mistake(cheapest we found in the Phoenix area). Room was… infested with roaches, surrounded by thin walls(you could hear a pen drop on outside), sheets were not clean & crappy mattress. Would never go back and wouldn’t recommend to anyone.

Not too shabby. The gentleman at the front desk was courteous and pleasant. The room isn’t too shabby either. I can’t complain for the price that I paid $ 52 + a $ 75 deposit. The AC works, room is clean, bed is decent, and overall a cute little room for an overnight stay.

It’s pretty terrible here, I wish my boyfriend and I would of read the reviews before we booked the room online. From no wi fi, no toilet paper(seriously, toilet paper), and baby roaches in the bathroom. Just read the rest of the reviews if you think I’m making this up.

$ 375 a month?! Sounds like a great deal!!! Oh wait, that’s actually per week but they don’t tell you that until after you’ve signed the dotted line. Don’t pay extra for house keeping. The maid, Consuela(Yes, from Family Guy), will just keep giving you towels even when you tell her to stop. I ended up having to close the door. The studio is great at first… but look closely. Is that a cockroach? Two? Nope. Just a colony! This place is literally a roach motel. I went through two cans of raid in this place. It’s extremely filthy. At night, who needs the bar district because it gets good at Legacy Suites! You got hoes coming to your room, trannys, drug dealers, etc. All I’m missing is a disco ball… The pool… let’s talk about the pool… the water isn’t clean. It smells like platypus urine. Enough said. I will however, point out that there IS a security team! But they’re unarmed and underpaid so they will turn a blind eye… except for the fat guy aka Tons ‘O’ Fun. He’s apparently a super cop.

I felt like I was staying in a «crack house». Would never stay there with my kids. The mattress was so loud and creaky, I couldn’t even get any sleep.

Let me just say, I had a loaded gun in my room and within reach at all times. I was afraid to go to the fitness room and someone offered to sell me morphine at the pool. This place is scary. The room was nothing special, not the worst but not even close to the best I’ve been in. You pay extra to have sheets and towels in your room. We went to Walmart and bought our own instead of renting the nasty linens that were here. We asked to have the bed replaced, about six times, and someone came to the room and pushed down on the corner of the mattress and said he would see what he could do. I never heard anything else about it. My advice, look somewhere else. The other Legacy Suites is even worse. This is a scary neighborhood.

Legacy Suites is an ‘average’ hotel that would be fine… unless you want to sleep beyond 7 am or get internet. They only have internet in the lobby, so unless you get a room within 100 feet or so of the lobby, you won’t get any internet. Worst of all, they have the gardeners show up at 7 am with leaf blowers and lawn mowers. When I complained, they simply said that is the time that they contracted with the company to show up. They do this on purpose and know about it. It was not simply a one time oversight, but a known problem they choose to not have fixed for the comfort of their guests. So saving money on gardening is more important to them than your sleep. The free coffee in the lobby is terrible too, and they only have the powdered creamer instead of the little cream packets. Yuck. I will never go there again.
