Life Line Screening

Just a heads up. These guys provide medical and health screening services and maybe for the most part they are legit and OK. However, be advised that their services are cheap and not as thorough and comprehensive as a full medical evaluation and check-​up from your hospital/​doctor. My wife and I used them for about 5 consecutive years with «no problem detected» evaluations. Then my wife developed stomach pains and was diagnosed with colon cancer — advanced. I asked my wife’s oncologist and surgeon why Life Line did not detect this disease and they said because they probably do not used the appropriate tests and perhaps give patients a false sense of security. My review here is not to criticize them because they probably provide a decent and cheap alternative to a full medical evaluation by a competent medical team, but cheap is not always the best way to go! I know — my wife succumbed to the cancer which we did not detect early enough.
