What an awesome experience! Ray was fantastic! Zero Pressure and very patient! There was no sales pitch. Just helpful hints and he even offered a pillow so we could get the real feel!

Very good service. Prices were similar to other mattress stores but they have next day delivery for only $ 69. Macys said their delivery was $ 80 and took 2 weeks!

Hi and thank you to Julius O for being an awesome store manager at the Scottsdale Sonora Village store .I purchased a new matresss and box spring at another location which had some dissapointments attatched .BUT after visiting Julius at this location i am so happy to be a part of the Matress Firm Family. He goes above and beyond and is truely caring that i found the perfect part to my not so happy bed. I WILL BE MORE THAN HAPPY TO SEND PEOPLE TO SEE JULIUS O,!Matress Firm needs to be thankful they hired him !

What an odd place for a sleep american outlet.
Ok, looks like a crappy building, inside and out… but its not like you are gonna spend a lot of time there.
These outlet places has great deals on great beds. I bought my top for 350, when originally priced 1200. Ok… always try outlet places first!
