McDonald’s

Just stopped into this McDonald’s around 9:45 PM tonight, ordered a Mc flurry as well as a meal, Mcflurry took about 10 minutes to get out the meal took about five additional. I looked down at the Mcflurry to realize it had been about three quarters filled it was not even full then stopped and asked the manager Asia if she could top it off for me being that it was only three quarters full she said no in a very rude and loud manner, and I asked why it was only this full when I got it and she said it’s obvious you had eaten some and I’m like you should check the cameras then she said I cannot do that for you it is what it is then she went around yelling at her employees, Then she turned around talking to another manager talking crap about me when I was standing 2 feet away from her she just kept telling me I should leave, one of them Floyes was kind enough to remake the Mc flurry better than the manager did she just flopped a big thing of ice cream on top and didn’t even mix it up right nor at all. I am a general manager at one restaurant and have been in general management for over two years although I’m young I have a lot of experience and know this is poor management this restaurant needs a lot of help.

Why would you have only two people working at a a Walmart McDonald’s ever. But yet again that’s all that is here the line is ten people long. Another lost sale this store need to be close and put something else in this space.

If I could I would give no stars at all. Service was horrible, the lady wearing glasses was rude and unprofessional. The customer before me and after me were both complaining proving I wasn’t the only one. I will not come back and don’t recommend anyone on coming here. If you guys are craving McDonalds go to another one a few blocks away, you’ll be glad you did.

Always crowded and dirty.

Quiet, lots of play area, clean, several video games.
