McDonald’s

If you like your food not cooked this is the place. Hash browns right out of the freezer still ice cold egg mc muffins all doughy. Come on MCYDS get it together. You also might want to run off all the illegals outside waiting for work.

It’s too bad nobody reads a review about a fast food restaurant before going to eat there otherwise this McDonald’s location probably wouldn’t be doing very well or at least somebody important might see a drop in numbers due to bad reviews and actually do something about the horrible service everybody is getting check out the picture of the beetle that I found in my mom’s chicken wrap that I posted pretty gross.

I’ve been coming here for four years. Same management unfortunately. This place is the worst customer service. This place needs new management badly I prefer to go out of my way then come here.

I’m with the others who gave this location low reviews. I’ve been there twice. The first time I walked in and there were filthy milk crates on the service counter (where FOOD is served to you) and the cashier was busy joking with the manager. Both of them ignored me until all of the milk cartons were emptied and put away. Then absolutely no «sorry for the wait» or anything, it was just a cold «can I take your order». I ordered a Big Mac. The bun was dry and stale and they forgot to put the middle bun in (um, that’s what makes it a Big Mac).
I went back, not really by choice but I wanted to compare it to the McDonalds at Tatum & Bell which is the polar opposite. Again I ordered a Big Mac. This time I had my camera with me. Once again the bun was dry and stale. I opened the «burger» and compared it to the other location. You could count the shreds of wilted lettuce on one hand. The was one tiny pickle slice, hardly a smear of secret sauce and the piece of cheese was broken in pieces. The counter clerk seemed bothered that a customer was there wasting her time.
I sent comparison photos of Big Macs from both locations to McDonalds but they ignored me.

Store # 6085, 2247 E. Bell Rd, Phoenix, AZ 85 032, Sat 14:41 PM, Comments: Rude management! Patty, the manager on duty, refused to change the tv channel for three seperate families sitting at the playground round table which was playing an INSANITY workout infomercial at extremely high volume while the television opposite of us across the room was playing the kids animated movie Tangled with the volume off. All our eating children were wanting to watch the children’s movie and asked us to get the channel changed too. After asking the employees politely 3 times we were refused by management! The frontline employees were polite and willing and completely understood, but management was on a RUDE POWERTRIP! I was told the managers name is PATTY! There was no justification not to submit to our request to change the channel or at the very least turn down the volume which she would not do! Even with 3 families with 7 children asking! So I get to go to a McDonald’s with a playground and listen to an annoyingly loud Fitness infomercial while staring across the room at a pleasant childrens movie which we aren’t allowed to watch! Talk about dangling the carrot in front of children and denying a simple enjoyment to multiple customers who will never return with this Patty lady managing! It was RUDE and absolutely ridiculous not to allow us to enjoy our dining experience with our children! At a McDonald’s?! I’m in awe. As a military officer and combat veteran I would not be wasting my time submitting this complaint if it wasn’t so flagrantly rude. Please let me know when this is resolved so I may be proud to take my children back to McDonald’s again. Thank you. Very Respectfully, Captain, U.S. Army (Retired)

so i went through the drive-​thru today, and upon ordering 3 burgers and two with just ketchup and cheese, the «Se hablo espanol» working the mic kept ringing them up as «ketchup/​no mustard» and repeated it back like 3 times, after saying she didn’t know how to get the order right because they got a new system (NOT MY PROBLEM!) doesn’t give them an excuse to mess up my order! anyway we also ordered a «caramel apple sundae» the muchacha even repeated it back as «caramel apple sundae» then rang it up as a «hot fudge sundae» (not what i ordered!) then upon getting to the window they hand me a hot fudge sundae, after telling them about it, they go and get a caramel apple sundae with maybe an inch of ice cream and light caramel drizzle. at other McDonald’s i get about 2−3x as much!!! i guess i wont be going back to this one for a while (at least until the estupido learns the «new system»)
