Mor Furniture for Less

Lisa was terrific to work with — knowledgable and, most importantly, patient. We had a great experience working with her and found Mor to be a convenient, competitively-​priced furniture store.

I recently got a ton of great pieces from Mor and had a very positive shopping experience. The prices are competitive and sales is not at all pushy.
Brad the associate who helped us was smart and funny. He showed us a lot of pieces and even helped compare the prices. After i told him my budget not even once did he try to sell me something that wasn’t in my price point.
I went in twice before deciding and he was equally helpful and polite even the second time when we were basically asking him the same questions again.
There was a little mix up before the delivery but it was finally done on time.
The guys delivered the furniture and also assembled it.
They do offer an extended warranty for 5 years. I am definitely going to frequent this place Mor (E) often.

I purchased for $ 899 a reclining sofa in 2012 and it lasted 3 ½ years and broke. Called MOR furniture and their only solution was to have a service rep come to the house and charge $ 49 or I take it back to the store in Phoenix. I moved to Florida for employment purposes.
Another recommended resolve would be to take it to contracted furniture store in Florida or have them come to my home to fix it, but that wasn’t offered up.
No Mor. Change the name to less furniture for Mor, it fits.

This is a great source for furniture. The sales staff is very well trainined and the customer loyalty program is excellent.

TY is a very nice sales executive. He made sure we get a very good deal for what we were looking. He was also very helpful in showing other furnitures.

Mor Furniture has some really nice furniture and accessories as well as unique pieces. I was really impressed when I first went in there about a year ago. This past visit I made a small purchase, my salesman, Brad S. was very helpful and helped in working out a great package deal. My items were available right off the floor and Brad arranged for some help to get them quickly gathered and ready to be loaded in my vehicle.
The store is laid out nice. I enjoyed the experience and will go back again.

The purchasing experience started off well with Javier doing a great job helping me select furniture to completely outfit the apartment.
The bad experience and poor customer service occurred next, screwing around for days with the warehouse /​delivery of items 100% in stock and the people that answer related phones at the company.
The company did not honor a request for delivery times. In the most recent case (my fourth attempt to have my stuff delivered), they told me my delivery window was 3 — 7 pm, take it or leave it. AND they charge $ 2919 for delivery. Can you believe that!
The day before the scheduled delivery I received a text at 2 pm asking to confirm my 3 — 7 pm delivery. I replied before 6 pm. The furniture did not show up the next day. I called and they said they have a 5 pm cutoff for texts. Why didn’t the text message indicate there was a cut off??? They said you can come and pick it up yourself. Can you believe that. Over $ 5k worth of furniture, a two bed apartment worth. Tough luck.
I have tried to reach the manager of the store and haven’t ben able to get through. I asked the person I spoke with for Friday late morning delivery and to be first on the truck knowing they have a 11 — 3 pm window. Let’s see what happens this time. I can’t sit around an empty apartment waiting. I have a job, for crying out loud.
What a nightmare!

Like many of you, I read the negative comments posted about MOR. Having gone first to Rooms to Go, Ashley, Lazy Boy and a couple whose named I can’t remember, I
tried MOR.
My sales person was/​still is Lisa Peck. To date, I’ve purchased a beautiful (!!!) leather sofa set, bedroom set, area rug, tall lamp and room accessories. I went numerous times to make these purchases. When Lisa wasn’t on duty, another team member stepped in on her behalf. The Thunderbird store WORKS EFFECTIVELY! They do not compete but work together as a Team.
Lisa has solved so many decorating dilemmas for me. She unearths both beautiful items that go together but also strives to find the lowest price that’s available. Each time I had no idea of cost-​saving promotions until she informed me.
This store has good quality and excellent, helpful sales people. Their free cookies are warm and fountain, soft drinks cold. Today I purchased another section for my sofa set with Lisa’s help. Taco chips, shredded beef, hot cheese and fixings were appreciated.
Perhaps, the negative reviews lie mostly with shipment and delivery. This store has nothing to do with that but effectively solved it for me!

We absolutely love shopping with ANNE! She is the consummate professional, very friendly and personable without the high pressure sales pitch. We bought living room and kids furniture in July and have loved everything. When it was time for a new dining room table, I didn’t think twice about returning to Mor to see Anne. She once again exceeded our expectations and I can’t wait until our new items arrive today! Thank you Anne for your true customer service… I am your client for life!

Went to Mor on New Years Day and bought a brand new master bedroom set and mattress. Ann was our salesperson. She was awesome. Great personality, and worked to get us the best price. If you are looking for furniture go to Mor and ask for Ann.

Awesome customer service. Manager was very courteous! He personally helped me load my furniture in my car, that’s how much they care about their customers.

Ty L made sure we were getting the best deal possible. Any time we come in they have awesome sales going on. We will definitely be back

My husband and I came in to look for a new bedroom set. We were greeted by Ty who listened to what we said and literally said «I’ll give you guys some time to look around and I’ll find you to check in.» And he did just that. We looked for a good thirty minutes and I feel the time in between «check-​ins» was sufficient and didn’t leave us feeling pressured. After mentioning that we thought we found the set we wanted he showed us a few of the mattresses and told us about the differences. We had to leave because we needed to double check measurements. After returning we went over the pieces we wanted from the set, and Ty was able to bundle it all together and still get us a killer deal. Over all it was a very pleasant experience, we weren’t pressured, and we got the deal we wanted. Thanks again Ty!

Never underestimate the power of great customer service. Anne is ZERO PRESSURE when it comes to buying furniture for your place. She is eager to help, immediately available for any questions, NEVER hovers like others do when you’re making decisions, and beyond nice and friendly when you need her. She is a real find. We drove 35 miles out of our way because she was that helpful when we browsed earlier this week. She remembered us both, and we only introduced ourselves once, and that was sixty seconds after we came in!
Javier was more than helpful as well when Anne had to find something out! Never a «no», always a «let me find that out for you!»
Again, the customer service here is phenomenal. Ask for Anne. You won’t be disappointed. Congrats, Mor!

We visited Mor after just pulling into town moving to AZ from CO. We needed furniture that was reasonably priced but that could withstand our crazy family. Javier took such great care of us! No hassles or high sales pressure, was there when we needed him, and made sure we got the best sales price. We visited a couple other furniture stores in the area prior to purchasing just to do our due diligence but the level of service and experience at the others had us running back to Javier within the hr. I will only go back to Javier for my furniture needs!

James was a great salesman! No pressure sales man, left us to shop at our leisure. Cannot wait to get our couch!

Very happy. I had called about the quantum sectional which I fell in love with a long while back. I just had to cancel an order with Ashley furniture which they failed to deliver and I really decided I was going to spend extra for the couch I loved. When I called they informed me they had one on clearance that was a floor model. It was less than the couch I had just canceled and I ended up walking out with it that day. We love it and are super happy. This day was stressful to start but mor made it better and we will come back.
