The wait times are a bit off, but the nail techs are professional and quick, they are friendly and they don’t pester you to get any add-​ons. It’s a very low stress and enjoyable experience.

I would give this place zero stars if I could. Top was loose on nail polish I selected and it spilled all over my leather handbag ruining it. Owner was more concerned with his nail polish. Not apologetic or empathetic at all. Suzie, Manager was extremely rude, yelling at me. One of the employees heard how Suzie was speaking to me and apologized for her behavior. This is how Suzie speaks I was told. Employees seemed to be afraid of Suzie. Would never go back. Spend your money elsewhere, somewhere were they treat customers and employees with common courtesy and respect! Also the smell of chemicals was overpowering. Poor ventilation

Eight months ago I went here for a mani/​pedi for the final time.
I couldn’t believe the attitude of the woman doing the pedicure. I had taken a full shower, shaved my legs, and scrubbed my feet. She kept making faces and saying things in Vietnamese to the woman doing my manicure and suddenly began pouring RUBBING ALCOHOL all over my feet and legs more than once. It hurt and burned, but I said nothing. She did a decent job and in the end I gave her a $ 5 tip and now I’m kicking myself for doing that. She was way out of line. I have never had a pedicurist pour rubbing alcohol all over my feet and lower legs like I had germs or something!
I don’t like this place anymore. It has a negative vibe, too crowded, too busy, but most importantly it’s the negative vibe I don’t like. I’m now going elsewhere.

UPDATE: Sue still works here and there are a few girls who do awesome job with gel manicure and pedicures. I only go to Sue for my nails though!

TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! This place is not only expensive, but also the worst service and quality work. One of the male employees, SUNNY, is RUDE and INCOMPETENT. Avid him at all cost! There are so many other places that offer a pleasant customer experience at a lower cost. I am willing to pay more for a good experience, but this place is the opposite.

DO NOT SPEND YOUR MONEY HERE! If I could give zero stars I would. Their customer service is awful. My wife and sister-​in-​law went and all had a bad experience. Reservations mean nothing and Sunny is horrible. He is not only rude but also is terrible at the one thing he is supposed to do well. Paul and Sue are the only ones who are good but they can’t make up for the total lack of customer experience.

Every time I have been here I have had horrible service. Last time I went, I made an appointment for two pedicures. Got there early and of course they weren’t ready. Once we finally sat in the chairs they ignored us for about 15 minutes. One gal named Sally began doing my sisters nails while I still say there waiting. Finally a lady started mine, who’s name I do not remember. Of course our two ladies were best friends, so we did not have an ounce of silence throughout our entire experience. They looked at each other instead of our toes and talked their mouths off the entire time. What horrible customer service they have, I get a pedicure to relax not listen to people catch on on their lives and laugh. Do not go here!

Terrible place… got fungus there after really bad pedi and over charged. DONT GO HERE! There are a zillion other Clean places near by… try another spot!

I used to go there all the time, they’ve always been rude, unprofessional and with the worse customer service!!! Especially the mangers there… they are bad!!! Trust me is not worth the money you pay!

I’ve been a loyal customer for the past five years and today I was treated so poorly.
I made a comment about the color of my nails not being what I expected… the lady doing my nails rolled her eyes at me, told me I was already done and when I asked a question about that particular color she totally ignored me. Will not be going back.

This place just keeps going down hill. My daughter and I used to go all the time, The staff is unfriendly and rude. There are many places to choose from. I would keep driving by this one.

This nail salon has been in this location for many years, ans I do recommend them! They have a veryfriendly competant staff & reasonable pricing for a range of nail services. Try them! I think you’ll be pleased!

I just moved into the area, and thought I would give them a try. I won’t make that mistake twice. My nails are still recovering from the nail tech trying to remove my gels with an electric nail file! She didn’t even wrap them first.

I got the worst gel manicure here last week. The lady was giving me attitude about my choice of colors. The gel on my thumb was all lumpy when I left. 5 days later the gel is peeling off and my nails are breaking. I won’t be coming back here again.

I wrote a terrible review for this place and now it is gone! Just want to say this place is filthy! Smells like sewage and cigarette smoke! Every aspect of this salon is gross, the walls, floors, furniture, all dirty! Don’t go here if u want a clean environment! If I could give no stars I would!

It was a great pedicure however, she took the nippers (I was a licensed nail tech back in the 90’s) and she dug into the side of my nail. It «woke me up» real quick. I know she was trying to really get all the cuticle however, we were always taught that you don’t dig. I turned and watched her and she was just trying to make sure I had a clean nail bed. Everything else went great. She did the most beautiful flower. I went home and took a nap. I woke up and got up and felt the toe that was «jabbed» throb. I put iodine on it. I took a hot shower to open up the area and put more iodine on it. I went out for the evening and that toe was throbbing. I’m going to put a antibiotic cream on it. I have no doubt it will be ok in a few days with extra care.

Getting a pedicure here was awesome! I was in Phoenix for a wedding and stopped by here for a pedicure. I was seated in a chair immediately and got the one of the pedi packages that came with the callous remover, scrub and hot stone rocks. The lady who did my nails was friendly and did a great job.
This is a good place to get your nails done and they give you a discount if you pay in cash instead of card.

Any Unilocalers know where Sue is working now? She was amazing and she’s left this place. I’ll follow her if I know where to go?

Terrible pedicure and terrible gel nails. Not a good color selection and they don’t put the polish up to your cuticles so both only lasted barely a week. On top of it lady told me only to bring tip in cash, shouldn’t even tipped her at that point.

Living in a new area I had to try out a new nail spot. I really enjoyed this place, I went in for a manicure/​gel nails on a Friday evening. They were packed and I didn’t have an appointment but they were still able to fit me in with no wait.
The owner did my nails, he was really nice and chatted with me the entire time. Start to finish with gel nails, I was out in about 45 minutes. I am really curious to see how long this polish lasts, but 4 days later they still look great!
