Northern Clouds Vaper Lounge

Most professional and welcoming service I have ever gotten at a vape shop. Texas, Washington, Arizona and this is by far the best. Only reason this place isn’t more known is the location. Hope to see this place become the number one vape shop in Arizona.

I am very happy to have found this shop. I am very particular about which juice I will smoke. Very helpful and patient. This is important to me.

I don’t know where people are getting off to say these guys will rob you. They only sell what they approve, they don’t sell RDAs or mechanical but they will refer you to a great shop that does if that’s what you’re looking for, their juice is at a great price, lots of options and flavored to choose from and a great points reward system to give back free juice as you keep coming back and spending money there. They are all very friendly and will be sure to answer any questions you have.

These guys are crooks and will rob you of your money. I was new to vaping. I went in talked to the guy Casey. He sold me a Provari for $ 375.00. Today I went to the Vape Shop on 19^th Ave and Greenway and found out it doesn’t cost more than $ 100.00 including the charger. Every time I go in to buy juice, Casey thinks he is doing a favor by selling me their juice. He is rude, unprofessional and arrogant. Everything they sell is overly priced and will make you pay 3 or 4 times the actual price. IF YOU WANT TO SAVE MONEY, don’t go to them. Instead go to the Vape shop on 19^th Ave and Greenway. They have way more options and appreciate their customers a lot. THESE GUYS ARE FRAUDS.

I’m new to Vaping. Was referred to a shop closer to my house. I explained that I was new and needed advice. Within 10 minutes, I was rushed out the door with $ 150 with of incompatible parts. When I went back, they were happy to upgrade me, but not correct their mistake. Horrible customer service!
I drove the extra 5 miles to Northern Clouds to discover this hidden treasure. It is a bit tucked away, but well worth the trouble to find. Northern Clouds has an excellent selection of high quality juices, top quality vaporizers, and excellent customer service!!! I cannot remember the gentleman’s name that assisted me, but he made me feel like the most important customer at the time. I was educated, but NOT pressured!
I wish I had discovered Northern Clouds when I was starting out. I wouldn’t have wasted my money on cheap products. There is a huge selection of juices to sample from quality vaporizers. The juices i have purchased from Northern Clouds are high quality, taste great, and are cheaper than most shops I’ve been to. They didn’t have a juice I was looking for, and referred me to another shop.
I cannot say enough great things about Northern Clouds! This will be my «go to» shop from here on out.

Even though they’re” a little off the beaten path”(if you call 200ft from 19^th ave off the path) their knowledge of vaping and e-​juice is right on the money. They were friendly and didn’t push anything on me i didn’t want. I went in to see what flavors they had with no real intention of getting any today and ended up trying about 10 different samples and walking out with a 30ml bottle of Glam Rock. If you’re looking for anything under 30ml then try somewhere else but many of their 30ml bottles have 15ml prices. I know I’ll go back.

Called in ahead of time to see if they had the Provari p3 in store. The gentleman was polite and very knowledgable of all the products they carried. This is/​was my first vape mod, it would be replacing my hookah. I did my research thoroughly about the Provari, and I knew what My mind was set on. I wanted to get something which was built to last, plus safety was a big concern. KC was the young gentleman who helped me out (same guy on the phone). He was very patient, especially learning/​teaching how to use the device for the first time, going through the menu, setting Watts/​Volatage etc… Price was reasonable, ended up getting a whole kit. The customers area was kept clean, the chairs were neat and tidy, the glass show case had no smudge marks anywhere. All this makes a difference for some customers. I left out of there with a red P3+2 diff size battery, charger to go with that, an aspire tank, some juice, plus a drip tip and most importantly I walked out with a smile. Would definitely go back, and would also recommend my friends and family. I went here because they are conveniently located, and they were an authorized dealer of «pro vape». Thank you once again.

I couldn’t make it to the grand opening. But really wanted to check them out. I came in around noon on 10÷11÷14 and there was no customers there I was immediately greeted by Casey. He asked if I was a current vaper or just starting out. I told him I wasn’t new, he asked what kind of favors I liked. He then went through each flavor with me, and described the flavor profiles. I got to try whatever flavors I wanted on a provari with an aspire tank. I ended up buying three different bottles. As an added bonus they threw in a free bottle. I didn’t really want to leave right away, so I grabbed a seat and ended up sittin there for a few hours. We sat and BS’d.
This is the only shop I’ve been to that has a lab on site for making their juices, and it’s a clean room Their retail side is still new so they don’t have everything that an advanced vaper might want, but this is intentional. They are primarily focused on juice. They have provari’s MVP’s, aspire tanks, egos, chargers. This is still a newer shop so eventually they might get into the more advanced stuff. Their price points on hardware and accessories is reasonable. They are not trying to gouge people.
If you live in north Phoenix, I definitely recommend checking them out. They don’t pressure you to buy, and you can try any juice you want.
