What a joke this place is. Me and my buddies stopped in there last Thursday to grab something to eat on our way to the Cards/Vikings game. The service was super slow even though we told the waitress we were in a hurry. We got there around 4:15 and it took her half an hour to get to us. We ordered wings from the happy hour menu and a couple beers and iced tea for the guy that was driving. I don’t think the waitress smiled the whole time we were there. She acted like it was a chore to wait on us. We had to get going and the waitress took my buddy Phil’s card and brought him the check. He signed it, stuffed the receipt in his wallet and we left. When we got to the game we asked Phil what we owed him and he looked at the check. The poor excuse we had for a waitress charged us $ 86 for five beers, two iced teas and two dozen wings. The wings were supposed to be $ 6.00 each per dozen on Happy Hour and we didn’t think a couple Coors Lites and a couple Bud’s could be more than $ 5.00 each. The waitress never brought us a check either. I guess because we didn’t look like the trailer trash that was at the bar the waitress must have though we were rich. These ass wipes are nothing but liars and thieves. If this is how they treat customers they are not going to have any business. There isn’t a lot around them and I don’t see how they can afford to rob people, treat them like shit and lie.

It’s not my favorite dive bar, but it’s a decent place. Service is ok… Not good. Not bad. Just ok. Drinks are typically a pretty light pour for a dive bar. I mean… Why do we go to a dive bar? Beer is all the same, of course. Haven’t tried the food since the new revamp.

I don’t come in very often but after tonight I will. The bartender Erin was awesome, my beer was always full, she was cute and funny. I’m going back for sure.

Was there last night for the first time. The bar tender(Rachel) saw us the second we walked in. She was at our table right away with menus and a smile. It was burger night so that’s what the wife and I had and they were GREAT. Fantastic place and Rachel is the best. Keep her working there and we’ll be back a lot. Bobdude

Great little bar near the office. Great service all the time, fun girls that work there and the owner is nice and involved in the business. Drinks are nicely priced. Here is the kicker. The food is awesome. Do yourself a favor and order the rib appetizer. It will blow your mind now everyone around me eats them. Wings are great too asian spicy(rules), also the tacos, blue cheese burger and my new favorite steak sandwich add blue cheese crumbles. Give it a shot i think you likey.

It’s a good local bar. It’s a dark bar with a pool table and some dart boards. The prices on their drinks is good and the food is alright. I will say I was a bit turned off by one of the bar tenders putting ball gags and shoving dildos in peoples faces. While it seemed to be all in good fun and I’m defiantly not a prude I just didn’t find it appropriate. With that being said I have been back and have enjoyed my time there. Just a heads up to people who might get turned off by the sex toys being whipped out during their drink service.

Love the sandwiches my wife and I had here Monday. I’ve had their sliders before as well and they are yummy. Usually the staff is friendly and helpful. This night the running group I belong to was there(We gave them notice that a lot that a lot of people would show up this night). They had an extra person, but it was a challenge for them. Even when some of the group left without paying their tabs(Our groups leader paid it later that night) they still made my wife and I feel special. We will be back again.

Decent little dive bar; larger than expected inside. It’s got it’s own private parking lot with plenty of parking. My large drinking/running group essentially took over this place last night; we had 50 – 60 people. The bar only staffed 2 waitresses even though we gave them a heads-up of our arrival prior to the event(not a good plan on their part). The drinks came slow and the waitresses seemed grumpy(could be because they were overwhelmed with the number of people they had to serve, I don’t know). I don’t think I saw either one of them smile once… I would think they would have been happy with all the extra tips on a Monday night. Regardless, the drinks were affordable and although I didn’t order any food myself, several friends said the bar food they had was good. I’d certainly give this place another chance to increase their rating to see if the customer service improves on a regular night.

Went because of Karaōke which was awesome… What I didn’t like was the fact that we had horrible service and was given an attitude by the bartender just because we weren’t quote unquote regulars I could tell the distane and annoyance when we asked for more drinks because she was talking with some guys at the end of the bar. No seevice to my wife and I count us out we won’t be back again Food was mediocre at best and the terrible thing was it wasn’t even that busy

Crap bar with white trash owner. thinks she knows everything, never again, another bar owner that will never see a dime of my money, oh and by the way will report to the liquor board the two year old behind the bar touching bottles, smart business owner!

Came into the TAV, as i was referred to come in and just check it out. I wasn’t very impressed at all. Took the waitress forever to even notice me, seem like she was very irritated or mad not to sure. She never smiled that is for sure. I will never come here again the service was HORRIBLE as well as the dirty tables. Not very good service, food was ah, not 5 stars for sure. Never again, don’t waste your money. Owner looked not happy at all either. Poor service Beware.

First time at Tav. Met a few guys for a bite and brews. Arrived at 5:30PM on a Friday and it was ½ full. Tina greeted me after a while. The beer selection was very limited, unless she just didn’t want to cover them all. There were standard pool tables, some video games and a few TV’s around the place. Pretty dive-ey really but I didn’t pick the place. I ordered a beer(on happy hour) and wings(no happy hour between 5 – 8PM). Weird. The wings were not breaded, yay. They were not very tasty though, boo. They weren’t really crisp and were way too over sauced, creating a quagmire in my tray. You can’t replace good flavor with a lot of sauce. Tina had a bit of trouble keeping up with the orders and we had to seek her out twice just to get service, despite the owner coming to our table and chatting with us for quite a while. Not recommended at this time.

Tav is all refreshed and has some great food. The Carnitas tacos are excellent. Fish tacos yummy. Great chips and salsa, burgers and sandwiches. To me it still feels like a «bar» and I wish it was a little brighter and more open. That great view of the runway and all. Coming along nicely!

This is owned by Bridget from Bridget’s Last Laugh. She also owns Bambino’s. The menu here is based on the best of the both of them. We didn’t try the food yet though. Just had a couple drinks. Décor is slightly improved from the old Flight Line and I’m told she will continue to improve things. Service was really good when we came and the prices were more than fair($ 6 for 2 beers). I’m told they do karaōke on Thursdays, Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays. I like where this place is heading. My suggestions: continue to upgrade the décor on the inside, and also work on adding an outdoor patio. Clearly the view is not great from here(junkyard on one side, loud busy road on the other). But with some creative landscape architecture, you could create a kind of neat secret garden type outdoor patio. Lots of room to build here.

Is it the Tav or the Tay? Just a little confusing. Stopped in for a cocktail with a few friends the service was slow. But in fairness the bartender seemed to be working the kitchen, waiting tables and the bar. For a place the just reopened and renamed it seemed unfinished. I will give it some time before trying it again.

Newly renovated, formerly know as Flight Line, the TAV has reopened. I believe Bridgette of Bridgettes Last Laugh owns this place again. The food is said to be the same recipes, they are sharing staff… so it should be good food/good service. The menu looks good. Burgers, fish, tacos, salad etc. I had the carne asada tacos(2 for 5), one was in corn one was in flour taco shells. I prefer the flour. The meat was good, not too well done, pico was good, the cheese is extra(don’t bother) I think $.50 for a few shreds. No sides with it but it was filling. Clean, smells good, dart board, pool table, Golden tee.
