The glasses I ordered were competitively priced. When they were ready, the frames were incorrect. I don’t mind waiting or paying a small fee to have them changed for the correct frames, but I do object to deplorable customer service in the way this was handled. I will never do business here again because they do not value their customers.

My wife and I just had our eyes examined here and Dr. Fuller did a wonderful job. He showed concern for our eyesight and was sure to answer all our questions. I’m looking forward to ordering our new glasses.

Really a great Optique! I have been coming here for years and have never really had any issues. The staff is kind and friendly. Only issue I have is sometimes with the pretesting, there as been some problems, but it is not necessarily the machine operators fault. However, having to sit and constantly having to brace yourself for air to be blown in your eye and having it not work for like 5 minutes gets exhausting. Everything else is great though! I see Dr. Fuller and he has a welcoming personality and does an excellent job, always very helpful. The opticians are great too, have helped me pick out some pretty sweet frames. Will continue coming here, they are great!
