They say they have a $ 19.99 special but they don’t have a level one(bronze) bed! Then they said they have a silver level 2 bed for $ 29.99 for a month so I agree to that, drive there and THEN they tell me there is also a $ 20.00 start up fee! False advertising!

Come here quite often and have never had a bad experience. Get in and get out is my preference with tanning salons and this one fits right in. Not overly clean but better than most others.

The entire bridal party I am in had coupons for a free mystic tan or we could pay to upgrade to a versapro. I arrived at 7:30 and asked to use the versa. She said there was a twenty minute wait. I said that was fine. She then said there was a line and it was unavailable. I was literally the only person in there. I asked«why can’t I just wait». She replied with I’m sorry but it’s unavailable. So I got stuck with a mystic. Turns out this happened to all of us at multiple locations. None of us were allowed to pay to upgrade. I personally won’t be returning.

The facilities are okay… Nothing to marvel over — but they get the job done. They are usually pretty clean and the wait is never too long. The front desk girls are nice but I have to say, I’m starting to get super frustrated with the communication or lack of it at this salon. My account has a very slight misspelling and they can never find me in their system when I come in. I always have to remember to misspell my own name to get access to a bed. The manager is happy to take my money each month but can’t make this tiny correction that I’ve asked to be done since April??? There are three girls that work regularly that just know my name is misspelled and always apologize since they are unable to fix it and always say«I’m so sorry, I’ll remind my manager again…» I know it might seem silly but it really gets annoying and it is SOSIMPLE to fix! Also, do not purchase upgrades when they offer them unless you plan to use them immediately … This is they only salon I have ever been to that allows upgrades to expire! I’ve lived in three states and I still have upgrades from other salons in those states that I use when I visit… This place is just trying to get an extra buck and then hope you won’t use your upgrades. I bought a few in April and I went out of town when I came in today I was told they had expired… Annoying money down the drain. Lastly, two of the beds I use have broken doors so they don’t close all the way and lock– kinda creepy. I’m not a shy gal so whatever but they’ve been broken for over a month and I’ve heard other customers asking if the can switch rooms(yes, you can — btw you need to purchase and upgrade) seems convenient or that the owner just doesn’t care. I have called on several occasions just to directly let the store manager know but when I call the ladies tell me she isn’t in today or she is super busy and will get back to me. Today, I was told that they didn’t know when the store manager was working this week and to just keep calling… I think I’m done with that.

Tanned here before it was palm beach and will continue to tan here. They have the best beds that I have seen in any of the salons here, reasonable prices and all the girls who work here are friendly and helpful.

Watch out for the tanning nazi. Came in here for a one time session and wanted the third level and was told I can do it for 5 – 6 min. $ 22 for 5 min? Are you kidding me? She said because I don’t «tan» I can’t do anything longer. I am half Puerto Rican and naturally tan and have never burned in my life. Not only that I told her I am always outside and that I never burn and she said she is already«pushing it». What!!! I will never be back here and I will be sure to tell all my friends to never come here because you can only get 5 min the first time you come. Even if you are already tan. I had to go a level down just to get 8 min. This place is a joke and now I have to go somewhere else so I can actually get full time in a bed. Thanks for the waste of time.

What I liked about this place, that I didn’t have to wait at long. My bed was ready instantly, staff is friendly. 4 star because they don’t have stand up level 2.

I have been using this location for years before it was bought out by Palm Beach Tan. I gave it 4 stars because in comparison to other salons it is one of the better ones. I really miss the company this location was before. Palm Beach Tan is reasonable for their rates and plans. But, I don’t like how they nickel and dime you for upgrades. If you want to upgrade you shouldn’t be charged extra. Oh well, that is costing them money now because I won’t pay to upgrade. Overall the staff is friendly and the facility is clean. They open at 8 am Monday through Saturday and before the previous company opened at 7 am. I used to be able to tan early in the morning on my way home from the gym and now I can’t do that anymore. My main complaint would be that they opened at 7 am instead of 8 am. Overall, I recommend Palm Beach Tan for its cleanliness, staff and location.

NEVER come here if you don’t have the time to stay at least 40 minutes! Both times I’ve come in on my 3 tan pass, it’s been a complete cluster. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because as ridiculously slow as they are, the staff is friendly. Considering not even using the third tan on my pass at this point though!

This place is clean and the staff was friendly and helpful. But quite possibly the WORST spray tan I have ever received. I spray tan often and normally would go to ProTan which was bought out by Palm Beach Tan. Well I looked streaky and orange. It was awful, I spent the next 3 days scrubbing my skin of the horrible color. AND they want to charge $ 55 for a spray tan. Do yourself a favor and go buy a bottle of Jergens and save yourself the money. Their product is clearly cheap. Definitely will not be back.
