Very happy with our fixed and retractable awning from Phoenix Tent and Awning. Simon did a great presentation and a fair price and Larry and the crew did an awesome job installing the awnings. Very happy with their service and quality.

I lost a drive way canopy awning in a monsoon in the summer of 2014, not having the money at the time to repair it I let it sit for the better of a year.
I got a couple of quotes over the phone from several awing companies in town and went with Phoenix Tent and Awing based on the recommendation of a RV service manager at Little Dealer Little Prices in Mesa (that story is another review but basically they subcontracted all of their canvas work the Phoenix Tent and Awing and I like what I saw that day at Little Dealer).
I called the main number, the sales person took down my info and said someone would be at my house the next day. Sure enough the next day I get a email with a full quote with instructions in the email to call and put a down payment if I wanted to proceed.
I put the down payment down over the phone and sent in a signed copy of the quote over email. The only hitch, that was in May and by the middle of June I hadn’t seen anything with a new canopy, I called Phoenix Tent and Awing and the person on the phone started researching. Within a hour I got a call from the manager apologizing and scheduling me for a install as soon as they verified they had the material in stock.
The install day came and sure enough the crew showed up and when they left I had a recovered driveway. I’ve recommended Phoenix Tent and Awing to several friends who are looking at shade structures for their back yards.
Happy customer here, and I will be a repeat customer if the need ever arises.

Phoenix Tent and awning provided excellent consultation for zipper replacement on my tent, offering possible solutions for keeping the old, inexpensive, light duty zipper operating. The old one was replaced at my insistence with a zipper suitable for an expedition to Mount Everest a Kansas observation tent for twister watchers, or a beach lookout tent for hurricane observers. I am a happy camper.

We were in the market for sun sails and called Phoenix Tent to come and give an estimate. The salesman had zero interest in working with us and basically treated us as if we had wasted his time.

During a big storm at the lake, my Bimini top was torn. I thought I was going to need to buy a new one. I took it into Phoenix Tent and Awning. I talked to Jim who said there was no reason to buy a new one, he could fix it. For $ 60, it was like new with double stitching around the zippers. I was so impressed that I took my boat back in for them to make a custom Cockpit cover. They had it completely fitted with buttons and a support pole. It was a perfect fit.
