Quality Inn & Suites at Metro Center

I really don’t know why this place has 1 star. The pictures on here are old. I stayed here with my husband for 4 nights and everything looks different then what I was expecting. I had an amazing experience durning check in with Felix very friendly guy and cares about customers. The only reason I gave 4 stars is because I had a horrible experience during check out. Very rude lady her name is Rachel she was just sitting there eating & eating saying she’s pregnant so disrespectful If it wasn’t because of that I would have gave this hotel a 5 star. also remember you get what you pay for don’t expect this hotel to give you excellent customer service !! Especially during checkout…

This place was very disgusting was booked here for a week cause I was in town for training and we had to check out the following day. There was a hair ball in my toilet, weird stained in my bed dirty dishes in the dishwater that where not mine it’s a «smoke free room» yet it smells like it! The owner came when he found out 13 rooms where going to check out apologized and said changes where going to be done. Yeah right housekeeping just came made my bead with the same dirty sheets and didn’t even clean the rest. The breakfast is a joke hard boil eggs every morning. 1 star is not worth it

DO NOT STAY HERE!!! Let’s start with the first room I was put in. The overpowering smell of smoke and Lord knows what else was enough to make me queasy. I was put in a 2^nd room which appeared to be fine. Appearances are deceiving. After about 5 minutes I was horrified to see fleas — all over the place. The tv had no remote, but the front desk had one brought to me. Unfortunately, the batteries kept falling out. The bedding is very stained, as is the desk chair. The bathroom floor was dirty. The breakfast is a joke. Nothing was replenished. After several trips down to the breakfast area, all I got was a cup of coffee, english muffin and a couple of sausage links. There literally was nothing else. There were two extremely loud and scary domestic disputes — one shortly after I arrived and the other at 3 AM. A lot of shady characters here — drugs? hookers? Who knows! Bottom line, go somewhere else! Avoid this place at all costs.

I book this hotel cause were waiting for a house. first off I check in the hotel they say I cancel… I show them there wrong… then once that was done I was not told that there was a breakfast in the morning or even where my room was… I had to go to the front desk more then once to get my key active again to get back in my room. I wasn’t able to get in the door by my room using my card I had to enter by the front… but yet I park in the back. The manager is poor she accused me of prop the door by my room and try to kick me out. And her excuse was I new manager. The room are gross you can tell the didn’t vacuum the room I had no dish in the room or even a iron… NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO STAY HERE… the staff has nothing but rude. No matter how much you ask nicely for something.

this place has nothing but drug users and hookers coming in and out of the hotel… The staff are the most rudest people I could ever meet and I meet some rude people driving a tow truck… We were not told about breakfast being served in the morning and was wrongfully accused of propping open the door beside our room NOT WORTH THE MONEY TO STAY HERE… RUN AWAY WHILE YOU STILL CAN.

Horrible. My card that was used for the security hold was used my front desk to book another room. I have been calling for 4 weeks and have never gotten ahold of the manager or a call back. Horrible service! The new manager is really poor. I used to stay here once a week but I’ll drive to comfort inn instead.
