I come here often to get a carwash. Always strong vacuums, nice people, and good wash. Today was a little extra special.
Just wanted to say how awesome John was at the quick and clean on Thomas Road by 44^th Street in Phoenix. I got a window repair after my wash and while I was vacuuming I hit the windshield wiper on accident. The resin got smeared and dried on and I did a second wash, but it wouldn’t come off. John helped me wipe it all and really was thorough in getting the mark removed. I asked the window guy if he could help me and he wouldn’t so it was really nice of the carwash employee to help me since I wasn’t going home anytime soon. I really appreciate that level of service, you don’t find that often anymore.

CONSUMER BEWARE! This place has a great wash and wheel shine! I was going at least twice a month and was offered the same service I was getting for $ 16.45 per month, UNLIMITED. What a great deal, right? So I thought.
HOWEVER, I wasn’t checking my account for the monthly debit until I started noticing my wheels were not being shined. I know that was the service I requested.
I checked my checking account and it increased to $ 19.99 and 2 months later to $ 24.95 without any notification or authorization!!!
I sent an email to them informing them of what happened, and requested contact and have not heard back from them. Tos been over a week. The message box at their Thomas location is full!

The managers of this car wash are crooks, I worked for this car wash for almost 6 months, during that time my I worked under the management of Jane doe working there I was treated horribly, I worked very hard, I also was micromanaged and did almost everything by my self, while Jane doe had his other employees who were his freinds do nothing. At the end of my employment I started too hear things about Jane doe stealing money from the lube shop deposits, the managers of the lube shop were wrapping There deposits in plastic wrap and tape just so Jane doe would not steal money from it, I was so fed up with this man, I decided to report him to the new owners district manager and because if Jane doe was fired, Bob, the new district manager would have to take over the stress and extreme lack of free time of the job, decided not to report him to the new owners and instead fired me and banned me from ever coming back, so they just swept it under the rug and got rid of me, they told the lube shop managers I said they were stealing as well and because of that they denied ever telling me about the theft by Jane doe, so now I hope he just runs the place into the ground with his thievery!!!

1÷22÷16 Manager M. Grey dropped a check off with full reimbursement at my place of work. Still can’t in good conscience recommend this location but appreciate him taking care of the matter personally and trying to make it right.¼/16 THEY PUT THE WRONG OIL FILTER IN MY CAR NOV. HAVE NOT REIMBURSED ME. Had my oil changed. 20 miles later smoke and a burning smell freaked me out. Professional mechanic found they had installed the wrong oil filter so oil was spraying all over (the smoke from the cat/​exhaust). Was down a couple of quarts. I left many messages at the location’s number — NO RESPONSE FROM J. SANTOS. Contacted District Manager Michael Grey. He initially responded but after submitting paperwork for reimbursement to SANTOS — NO RESPONSE.

Terrible car wash. My truck was just as dirty as it was when it went in. Waste of money, waste of time. I’m posting a pic of my hood to show how bad it is. Do not go here, go anywhere else.

This is the best car wash I’ve ever gotten. It was quick and easy! The vacuums were great, loved the hot wax and the customer service was amazing! My windows were sparkling: no streak marks or scratches! Definitely will be going back!

I have visited this location about 4 times. This place is horrible. The turn is too tight, my truck rear drivers side tire gets stuck every time. I have watched other sedans get stuck as well. The staff isn’t friendly, and you feel like a problem when you’re there.

Scrape/​scuff all down the left side of my car. Now there is a dark line dividing the upper and lower halves of the doors on my white car.

I visited this place for the first time expecting the experience to be similar to my experience at Clean Freak, another car wash with DIY vacuuming. What I experienced is probably the rudest and most pushy sales experience ever experienced at a car wash. I first was told that the $ 3 car wash was nothing more than a rinse but if I purchased their top option, he will knock off $ 3 off the purchase price. Red flag #1. I then asked for the option that was exactly the same as Clean Freak’s basic service. He said that is the $ 7 option. When I mentioned that Clean Freak only cost $ 5, I expected to hear reasons why their service is better than Clean Freak. Nope. He said, «I dont get paid enough to explain things to customers.» I immediately left and don’t expect this company to last too long. Better service elsewhere for the same price.

Such a bad quick car wash! My stepdad and my self went about 2 times each and we both have tahoes and the second time we used the car wash we noticed huge scratches and scuff marks down the sides of our vehicles. Will never ever go here again and told everyone I know. Clean freak is a much better car wash and is just down the street. Do not go here!

This is a new car wash the old one was pretty much torn out and replaced. This new wash is terrible. Got the $ 10 wash bugs still on the front, the dryers left tons of water and soap. Top it off there’s no air for blowing water outta the cracks and if you use the free vac to do it the tell you to stop.
I won’t be back.

Great experience! I pulled in to have my car washed and learned that today is the grand opening so all car washes are free. Yay! Free is even better than their usual basic wash for $ 3.00! I parked my car in the groove, took my foot off the break and grabbed my phone to film my experience. Who knew driving through a car wash would be so cool? I’m very pleased with how clean my car is now. I’m going online to get my 50% off prepaid discount card… good for a limited time only.
