These guys are fantastic. It is tough to find honorable and honest folks these days, who are on-time and courteous. Rainbow is all of the above and more. They’ve been to our home twice and the first time charged far less than the original quote, due do having to do less work than anticipated. They could’ve charged me the full amount and I’d have had no clue, but they were up front and honest with me, which I certainly appreciate. Today they came out and made a fix free of charge — yes, apparently it was a relatively simple on, but they didn’t even charge me a trip or service fee. Great people to work with. Thank you!

The word «great» does not go far enough to state how I would grade their work and overall visit. Jon and his co-worker were right on time and did my system inspection accurately and professionally. And, unlike many of the «others» out there there was absolutely no attempt to sell me additional services and equipment that were not needed. Rainbow is now my go-to heating — air conditioning resource because I know that they can be trusted to keep my system running well.
