Service Direct Landscape

We signed up with this company 3 months ago after having a bad experience with another company. I am happy to say our grounds have improved a great deal. I have also noticed in addition to doing a great job they are very punctual. That is an important item with me. I look forward to a long association with this outfit.

This company is unfathomably bad, in my humble opinion. They do shoddy work in my estimation, and after trimming all the plants, they seemed to me to barely put any effort into cleaning up the trimmings from the ground.
Their disregard for the health of the plants they were trimming seemed to me to be more about saving time then caring for the landscape. There didn’t appear to me to be any care or concern about the monetary value of the plants that they were trimming nor about the health or survival of the plants.
They will show up at 7 am on a Saturday with their power tools, even after asking them to work on the property during weekdays or start later on weekends. Their supervisor was rude and when trying to speak with him, mostly just stared quietly before walking away.
I was stunned at the way they drove their vehicles on the property, completely blocking parts of the driveway and leaving the vehicle in that position for hours. Most of their employees, that I interacted with, could not speak English. After leaving branches and leaves all over the property, they then proceeded to use the leaf blowers to blow dust and debris right up onto my front porch, rather than off of it.
I could go on for paragraphs about the reasons I would never hire this company, but suffice to say that this company, in my estimation, should only be hired if you want your property to look worse when they leave than it does before they arrive.
