Ship-Rite

Let me start by saying I have never written a Unilocal review before! I felt compelled to do so after the great service I received at Ship Rite today. I was actually looking for a post office but my GPS brought me here. I am glad it did.
I am ofter surprised how some businesses still neglect to provide great customer service — even in today’s economy. This is not the case at Ship Rite. I was pleasantly surprised by the efficiency and friendliness of the clerk. He provided me with all my shipping options, was quick to help me and did everything with a smile. I also liked that he typed the shipping address right into the system to print the shipping label instead of having me fill everything out on paper first. He also offered multiple shipping options — fed ex, UPS, and USPS. I live at Desert Ridge and have other shipping options closer to my house but I will return to Ship Rite.
