Siena Apartments

Horrible place! Renters are a bunch of thugs break ins all the time. Not enough parking, drugs and the Phx PD is always here. The pool is nice except the Jacuzzi always broken and filthy. I am glad my lease is up. Another thing people don’t pick up their dog shit. Security doesn’t patrol often I always found them in the laundry room taking naps.

If I could give a negative score I would! If you want to live somewhere where your work orders are never done in less than a month, where you have to follow up with work orders and the staff sucks than this is the place for you. Every month I pay rent on time yet every time I have an issue it takes at least 3 weeks. The leasing office is disorganized and rude. Maintenance has no clue and there’s always a bug problem. I leave voicemails/​messages and never get calls back, I always have to go into the leasing office. The mailboxes are inconveniently located, people are always going through the dumpsters and even thought its illegal I’ve seen staff go right past them without putting a stop to it. People play their music like its a BET video at all hours. And for some reason their security thought it was a good idea to park right outside my place turning his car off an on looking creepy as hell. Bottom line, you work way too hard for your money to give it to this place! You’ve been warned.

This apartment complex is absolutely amazing! Very friendly people and staff workers! Apartments are very nice and roomy! The only bad thing i would have to say is theres not alot of uncovered parking but thats about it! Grounds are kept nice and clean. Overall great place to rent from! Highly recommended.
