I had to take my 3 and 1 year old daughters to get blood drawn and received excellent service from beginning to end! We did not have an appointment, but were called back quickly. The office is clean and welcoming. The staff was very kind to my children and did their best to make it a positive experience. I will definitely go to this lab from now on!

My daughters and I were able to walk in and get their blood tests taken in close to 25 minutes which isn’t too bad. I’m happy we didn’t have to wait much longer then that as having five girls in one place can sometimes be an entertaining experience. The lobby is clean and the location is close to my girls pediatrician. The staff was friendly and was able to get my girls in without their insurance cards. They used the butterfly to ease my daughters nerves.

I never would have expected to find myself reviewing a laboratory, but here I am, impressed with the service. You know what it is? As usual, it’s the people. Tammy at the front desk is just delightful. She makes getting your blood drawn a little less unpleasant.

If you are going here make sure to make an appointment, it will make your wait far less. I had an 8a appointment and was out by 8:11a. The staff was very helpful.
If the team at Sonora reads this just a simple recommendation, open the door a few minutes early. A couple of elderly people arrived early and did not have a place to sit. Would be nice if they could go in and register early and sit in the waiting room.
