They ruined an expensive jacket and refused to take responsibility for it. The owner was more concerned about freeing himself from liability than fixing their mistake. I’ll never use them again. Avoid.

I am giving two stars because the work they do is great for the price. I walked out the first time I went here because the young gal working interrupted my phone conversation and told me to go outside to finish my call. It wasn’t a subtle interruption, it was the second I walked in the door… Not even an «excuse me.» I get that people on their cell phones is super annoying, but I was in shock. So much so, that I left and went to my old cleaner. Back again several months later because it is minutes from my house, and had to try again. I lucked out and had a friendly guy help me when I dropped of my laundry. Picking up, I encountered the bitter gal who scolded me for leaving my receipt slip on the counter and not throwing it away myself. She actually said «I’ll throw this away for you». Seriously, my clothes are pristine but the attitude of the weekday gal needs a cleaning!

Great discount cleaners with excellent quality. Same day service available, drop off and pick up location. No frills type of cleaner but gets the job done (and done well)!!
Cash only and there are ATM’s nearby. Can’t beat the price or service! Definitely give it a try.

We went to the Scottsdale location and dealt with the owner personally. I have never been treated so RUDELY. BEWARE of this place. They don’t care if they ruin your clothes. See the longer review at the Scottsdale location.
