I don’t even know where to start on how many times this starbucks has messed up. Something always goes wrong when I get my drink here so I can officially say I’m done trying and won’t be going to this location anymore. Don’t recommend this location unless you want to deal with bad customer service, long waits for your drink, getting the wrong drink or they don’t know how to make it right, or even waiting a long time and never getting a drink.

Stopped in twice this week on lunch hour to grab a coffee and both times they didn’t have any brewed and I didn’t have time to wait so I left. The second time I was the only person in line there were 5 employees and they waited minutes before even trying to serve me.

Horrible service for the second time.
The drive thru is nothing near efficient, why ask someone what their order is and not listen? Moving up to the window, you arrive and the worker in no way acknowledges that you are there. Watching, as the drink you ordered is prepared and attempted to be handed to the girl at the window. She walks off to the back without the courtesy of saying anything to a customer waiting at the window.
Do not go to this location unless you want a lack of service.

This is my least favorite Starbucks to go to. Went there today and ordered a black tea over ice. Took me 15 minutes just to get it because one person makes cold drinks and the other makes hot drinks. So it doesn’t matter who was in line first, you don’t get your drink until that person is ready to make your drink. That is what the coffee barista told me. How hard is it to pour tea over ice? Really???

Friendly staff, EXTREMELY slow service. Every time I have come here, I come back to work late from my lunch break. This evening, I asked the barista if my order is being made, and she got very defensive and made excuses that there are «big orders that they need to make, we have drive through service, etc». If having a drive through means taking up more time to make quick orders, I would rather not inconvenience you with my order and I will refrain from coming back.

This Starbucks is easily, the slowest one that we have been to. They seem to be full staffed however, at this very moment we have been waiting 15 minutes for our ONE drink. It’s just not normal Starbucks time to wait this long.
Some staff changes likely need to change here in order to get things flowing well!

For about 10 years I have been a daily Starbucks customer. 3 shots of espresso, very simple. I’m guessing I’ve been to 40 different Starbucks, 5 on a regular basis. I have never experienced slow service like I do at this store. I can be the only person ordering and I still wait 15 – 20 minutes. Or my drink order is lost. This store has on average 8 people working at all times. I just do not understand it. I am in retail management so always looking for a way to forgive bad service. But after 4 months of 3 times a week visits my stress level can’t take it. It’s slow every single time. I’m done

Hands down probably the worst Starbucks I go to UNBELIEVABLY AND UNREASONABLY SLOW. Do not come here unless you have at least 15 minutes to wait for one drink even when the store is empty. You’re better off going to the Starbucks inside the target which is in the same plaza.

I’ve been through the drive-​thru a few times because this is the nearest Starbucks to my office. It was the site of my first Starbucks «pay it forward and buy the next person’s coffee» experience, so that was pretty neat.
This morning is the first time I’ve come inside to sit and stay a while. I was disappointed that it’s kind of chilly in here, since it’s cool outside… it seems like a good morning for a warm coffee shop, but I think the air conditioner is on? It’s pretty early, but it sees like the staff isn’t quite awake yet.
The other less-​than inviting aspect is the lack of tables. There are four (and a half?) tables and a few chairs, but nowhere great to sit with a laptop. At the moment, four of Phoenix’s finest are taking up three tables between them as they enjoy their morning brew.
It’s tough to see from the road, but this location is pretty convenient for the south part of Phoenix. It works just fine for a mid-​afternoon or early morning latte fix!

I live close by so I’m forced to go to this location since it’s the only one near by. They are so slow! Drive through takes forever, if there are more than 4 cars in line you better make sure you have 10 minutes to sit there waiting. I’m not exaggerating either.
Example: I’m currently sitting in line, had time to write this Unilocal review, I have been in line for 11 minutes now, and still have 2 cars ahead of me until I’m at the window. Fml.

This is the worst Starbucks I’ve been to. I’ve lived across the street for 10 years, so naturally we adopted this as our go to coffee shop.
I’ve tried giving them the benefit of the doubt bit after today’s drink, I’m done. The employees are nice, but incredibly slow. The drinks are always watered down, and never flavored enough.
I just ordered a Carmel Frap. It came thin and melted, with hardly any Carmel flavoring. It’s white in coloring. This is the last blunder I’m allowing. It’s ridiculous that they think Starbucks (the king of coffee shops) would be okay with these products being served. If I could return my drink, and give them no stars, I would.
I’ll be going elsewhere from now on.
