I have gone to this Starbucks for awhile, and every time the wait was over 10 minutes, not because they were busy but because they were slow at making drinks. This time I was waiting for over 15 minutes and when I got my drink was under filled by an inch. I am now going to go to Dutch bros because their coffee is better, and they know what they’re doing.

When searching for a coffee shop that serves reliably good coffee that suits your palette, sometimes one simply has to rely on the best.
After checking out the list of coffee shops in the area, we couldn’t find a local coffee shop that specialized in coffee. So we decided to hit the local Starbucks as we knew we would get what we expected-​great coffee, great flavor and a guarantee that if it wasn’t what we ordered they would remake it for us.
We were not disappointed. The coffee here was the usual high standard that one expects from the number one coffee chain in the world!
Every Starbucks store has its own unique ambiance and this one had a bit of everything to choose from. It had comfortable chairs, work tables, a large central meeting table, stools and high tables and outside seating as well.

Huge interior with lots of seating. Love the big comfy chairs (all eight of them) with the reading lights.
Currently, the best selection of Starbucks drinkware that is on sale (after Christmas) that I’ve seen anywhere in the area. However, when I asked what the size of a particular copper-​looking mug was, the cashier had no clue. He did call over the barista who made an educated guess. Usually the bottom gives the size, but no luck on this particular mug.
Usual drink choices here, but sadly all the red cups are gone until next year.

This Starbucks has a friendly staff. Sadly, they also have gotten drink orders wrong for my mom and I on too many occasions for us to seriously consider spending our money there.
So for me, the location is pretty good. I often find myself on 7th Street, headed back home in the afternoon. So in theory, this location would get the bulk of my drive thru business.
However on several occasions, my mom’s part of our order (Venti Mocha Frappuccino) always seems to have problems. In fact, she can always tell when I would bring her one from that location. Because it always tastes funny to her.
For me, they’ve forgotten to sweeten my passion-​tea lemonade a few times. I get the feeling that whoever manages this location is skimping on the ingredients. I can’t prove that, but that’s just how I feel because our drinks don’t ever seem right from this location.

Quick for drinks and lots of tables and seating for studying. Stays pretty calm inside too, perhaps because of drive through. Great study spot!

I’m not a hard guy to please when it comes to coffee. I like the iced coffee with cream. My other go to is the iced green tea with 2 Splenda. Sign up for their rewards program to get a free drink on your birthday as well as a free one after 15 stars.

Not going back. Major screw up two times. Drink I got no where close to what I should have. Messed up. Called to complain. Not going back. Ridiculous. Long wait, no cars in drive through. Two mistakes. Done.

I like this specific location for several reasons:
1) Easy accessible parking. This Starbucks shares its location with other grocery stores. There’s plenty of spots.
2) Lots of space to sit and/​or study. I have been here on multiple Saturdays/​Sundays and have been able to find a little table and /​or seat for myself. Free wifi.
3) Friendly fast service in my experience.
The negatives:
1) The music is way too loud. I know it’s supposed to be fun to have the loud music, but whoa, a bit much!
2) One restroom, but that’s typical.

My preferred place for relaxing and browsing the web while enjoying a refreshing iced beverage (iced caffe mocha being my fave) or an invigorating hot latte or café americano. The staff is friendly, the place is always clean and there are lots of places to sit, both inside and in the outdoor patio area. Parking is never a problem, as it shares the very large parking area of the commercial complex at the corner of 7th St. and Missouri.

place is dirty, workers are rude, and, there was a bug in my coffee. Coffee mugs are not clean, and, they keeps their tables, chairs and areas dirty, you always have to ask to have them clean. Bathrooms are gross.

Average location with drive thru. Employees friendly, but still got a one drink order wrong after confirming at drive thru speaker when ordered and at window where you pay.

Baristas here are rude! Try to avoid this Starbucks as much as possible. When my dad ordered his drink with his accent the barista (Hanna) at the drive through made fun of him! How insulting. When it was my turn to place my order I made sure to share with Hanna a couple of customer service tips. She was so embarrassed she had someone else give us our drinks. I wish I would have had the chance to talk to the manager about her behavior, but honestly I had more important things to do. Also, on Sunday when I went through the drive through they quickly told me what my total was without asking if there was anything else that I needed. «I am not done yet! «and then the guy laughed. Apparently everything you tell them is a joke. Also, last month they were out of venti cups… I personally love Starbucks, but when it comes to customer service one bad experience it’s all it takes to lose the loyalty.

I spend a lot of money each month on my iced coffees and I love Starbucks, but this location gets my drink wrong EVERY time I go there. The reason I continue to go to this Starbucks location is because it is so close to my work and I only get a 30 minute lunch. I wish they could get their service in check!

Terrible! Today was the 4th, yes 4th time they have messed up my order. 1st, they forgot my sandwich, 2nd they sent my sandwich to the drive thru, 3rd they sent my iced coffee to the drive thru, and a day later (!) They forgot to make my coffee altogether. Mind you, the last time I was the ONLY person in line. How is that even possible. I can’t tell you how many free drinks I’ve gotten out of this location. These most recent 4 issues are just in the past month. There are many more I could go in to, but I don’t have the time or energy to start. If you can put up with the service, then I would say go there to just get free drinks!

My favorite Starbucks so far! It’s spacious and comfortable inside. This is one of the newer locations, so everything inside looks good!
My only issue with this place: Get a better internet provider… Wow the internet can be rough here!!!

I often go to this shop and I enjoy it. It’s a bit larger than usual so you can do work at the tables or relax in the large chairs. The staff is friendly and by now they usually know my order. Lots of parking and the drive-​thru is fast.
One con is that the large chairs tend to have crumbs in them. You have to do a brush down before you sit.

This location is always fast, friendly and the staff are knowledgable and work great as a team. It’s here that they introduced me to an iced orange blossom tea which is really good, takes time to prepare but they take the time and do it right!!!
It would get 5 stars but their restrooms (male that I know) is not in great or clean shape (or stocked for that matter) most of the times I come here in the afternoon.
