Whoa. Not the best customer service! Walked in and was welcomed by a barista with no smile, no eye contact, just a «what can I get ya?» One star for her because I told her what I wanted and she went and did just that without a word. When all was said and done, she plopped my beverage in front of me and told me to scan my phone when I was ready. I scanned my phone, she asked if I wanted a receipt, I said no and she walked away. That was that. Thank you… I guess?

I cannot say enough good things about this Starbucks location! I go here almost every weekday and the staff is always peppy and friendly! That says a lot about character and work ethic, especially because this Starbucks is always jammed, but they always manage to get your order out in a reasonable time frame. The mobile order makes things super easy, and they always have my drink ready by the time I arrive.
Izzy, is the best! She goes out of her way to make every customer feel welcome and appreciated, she says thank you to each customer as they get their drink, as well as knows 99% of everyone’s names, including mine, which really makes you feel special. She went above and beyond today, my online order got sent to the wrong store, but she was amazing enough to make my drink on the fly for me. Izzy represents every great thing about Starbucks!

Great service. The Baristas make your drinks perfectly! I appreciate the fact that they are both effective and efficient. It’s super impossible to me to be able to get in and get out while still receiving EXACTLY WHAT I ASKED FOR! So, thank you for doing that just. :)

Great Service and Friendly Staff
I have to admit I love my coffee and I always stop at this Starbucks store. I realize there are many Starbucks locations. However, this location is one of my favorite. The service is great and the staff are very friendly. This location is clean and feels comfortable. I usually get a latte or frappé.
My coffee is always made the way I order and tastes great. In addition, to great coffee Starbucks has delicious pastries if you need a snack.

Yet another Starbucks! This place is quite the crowd! It’s always packed since it is a prime location for the working class as well as for the students here. Parking will always be difficult, but that’s just the nature of being in the downtown area. What I love is the ample outside patio area on 2 sides of the building. And from the inside, you’ll get plenty of views since it’s almost an open window concept throughout.
The staff here are busy bees since it’s always busy here. So far I’ve had a pleasant experience here — Seems fast and efficient, coffee is generally tasty, the food hasn’t disappointed me yet. They may run out of items due to the high volume, but that’s no surprise here.

I usually avoid this location because I’ve had so many issues with the simplest drink requests including a small black coffee being straight water because they forgot to put coffee in before brewing it. Yet it’s right by my work and after a long weekend I needed an afternoon pick me up, so I stopped in today and Brandon was working. Let me just say wow I’m fully impressed by his attentiveness to the customers and his attention to detail. The girl in front of me wanted the most complex drink and he suggested ways to make it taste better while still being better for her. Then with me he was on point with my order and his attitude was perfect. You guys have got a keeper with him I hope you treat him well and keep him. I will be back when he’s working that’s for sure!

Never been a fan of Starbucks coffee but their Americanos take me where I need to go.
Love their pastries and breakfast sandwiches though. I always get a spinach or tomato square with my Americano. It’s the perfect on-​the-​go food.

The baristas here were very friendly and accommodating, and the line moved quickly. I was in the area for a large conference, which meant that lots of us would run to this Starbucks in between sessions, causing the place to get really full at weird times, and then empty out again. The staff handled it very well.

The sign on the door so it opens at five, two employees inside saw me waiting outside; at 5:04 the guy unlocked the door. With a look of disgust, he took my order. The young lady set down my drink and would not make eye contact and said; «here’s your coffee.» I must be going deaf because at no time did I hear a thank you from either one of them.
I went over to the condiment bar, and observed the trash still mostly full from the night before.
There’s a nice looking bakery almost next-​door. Next time I think I will go there.

This Starbucks has an incredibly friendly staff and even better drinks! For some reason, anytime I go, everything tastes better there! It’s hard to go to another location!

A spacious café with plenty of shaded patio space that’s always open early right at the entrance to the Arizona center. It’s a great place to study and the crew is very friendly to their customers.
This location sees a ton of traffic due to its closeness to the Sheraton, AZ Central/​Republic, APS, the Convention Center, and the whole Phoenix Biomedical Campus, so mornings after 7:30 it gets busy. Last week I witnessed the perfect storm when the convention center opened it’s doors to both the national origami competition and some odd bedazzle jewel craft competition, so this starbucks experienced an onslaught of 30 – 40 something women all scrambling for their mochas and bagels simultaneously, completely choking the wifi connection while they wait in line playing candy crush or pinning hot glued denim accessories or whatever it was they were up to. But despite the long lines (especially when there’s some event at the Convention Center) they pump people through here quickly and you’ll usually see the GM himself in here himself working harder than anyone else, greeting and assisting with the order for each customer.
For the volume of traffic this location sees every day, you have to admire their efficiency and the fact that they manage to maintain a good atmosphere.

This is absolutely my favorite Starbucks since loving to phoenix. The staff is friendly and take the time to get to know you. This is where the regional manager needs to see what’s going on right and implement into his other stores! I recently moved to 44 Monroe and I still make the longer trip to this store! Jeep up the great work guys. I truly appreciate the great customer service!

Been goin to this ‘Bucks for almost 5 years now in the Arizona Center in downtown Phoenix since I work in the next building over. Have always had a great experience here with the staff and service.
Izzy and Mark have been 2 baristas that I’ve come to know there and they have always been excellent.
If you’re in the area, highly recommend the Starbucks in the Arizona Center.

I have to premise this by saying, this is a Starbucks. There is only a certain level of goodness it can achieve. That being said, this is a fairly good Starbucks. It is across the street from my apartment, so it is pretty convenient, the people who work there are usually friendly, and the drinks are pretty par. I got a macchiato here the other day (my first one ever) since Starbucks sent me a 2 $ off coupon, and it was pretty tasty. I would recommend going to get local coffee over patronizing this Starbucks, but if you MUST have Starbucks, this is not a bad location.

Standard Starbucks, but the girls working the counter were extremely nice and attentive. They have everything that you would find everywhere else. Coffee, tea’s, snacks, breakfast sandwiches.
They are located in the corner of the Arizona Center, right in front of the Sheraton Hotel.

The front desk was clearly having a tough day. There was no place to sit inside.

Right in the middle if the ASU downtown campus and the Phoenix convention center. Busy in the mornings but the staff keeps up a great pace to keep the line moving and the coffee flowing. Nice spot. Nice staff.

Of the few times I have been to this location, I have always had excellent and friendly service despite the hectic morning rush. The staff do a great job at keeping the line moving so you don’t have to wait long. There is also a good amount of seating to choose from whether inside or outside which is a huge plus.
The last time I was there I ordered a triple skinny vanilla latte. While I was waiting for my drink to be made they ran out of the sugar free vanilla syrup. The friendly barista offered me my drink with the other syrups they did have while mentioning that if I didn’t like the substitute that he will gladly make me something else. I ended up liking my drink, but I love it when something doesn’t go right the business offers fair solutions instead of leaving the customer feeling shortchanged.

I LOVE this Starbucks. Why? Because they are awesome! The people that work at this particular location are warm, friendly, know me by name and seem to help me with whatever questions I have.
I’ve been hanging out at this location since I’ve been working at my job for about 3 years now. Its located here within the Arizona Center, and its usually where you find me eating lunch almost every day. I love to sit on thier patio area, or even inside depending on the weather or what I need to do.
The place is usually clean, and there is great indoor and outdoor seating. There’s a few people that have been working the counter that actually know me by name, and they are all so much fun!
If your down here, go and spend some time here to hang out. Staff will help you with whatever you need.
