This is my Starbucks, I always go here and there service is awesome. Drive thru is always busy but does move quickly.

I am giving them two stars not because of the coffee. I enjoyed their coffee, there are some small coffee shops that I prefer, but whenever I go to Starbucks I know I’m going to get a nice hearty cup. They sent me a coupon to have a free breakfast this morning. So I had a sausage, egg, cheese English muffin. I don’t often eat these but from time to time I will break down and get one from McDonald’s. The cost of the Starbucks McMuffin is much higher then the McDonals and it is nowhere near as tasty. They do not have food offering as good as their coffee, in my opinion

I stop at this location often whenever in Phoenix. It is unfortunate because this location has the specialty brews and yet it’s service is adequate at best. I guess the Starbucks way in terms of Customer Service is optional at this location… I don’t get it.

I’m not a huge Starbucks fan because I’m not a huge hot coffee person, but I do love their teas. This location has a line for the drive through at almost all hours of the day. Walk in! There is no line and you’ll get your coffee or drink in no time. The oatmeal is good and the staff was nice when j was there.

The refresher and the butterscotch latte is my favorite, sometimes a simple drink with two orders can always be messed up or not done right due to the horrible communication between the back and the front line. Overall nothing beats Starbucks

The service at this Starbucks is so Great! Debbie and Henry went way above and beyond to not only make us feel so welcome, they made our drinks to perfection. I love the character of the building and how they preserved the history of the property by retrofitting the existing architecture.

I usually avoid this specific location because of longer wait times than usual and occasionally the have closed down the drive thru lane. Went this AM at 4:53 and they were closed. Possibly store hours have changed?

Love coming here to this Starbucks. Alot of chairs to sit with Wi-Fi, and sip away. Good parking too.

Nice place to meet up for a working session. We got to use the conference room. My friend and I were there for at least 3 hours, we did not know. We got a lot of work done and enjoyed the environment. We are meeting up with round #2 soon!

They make good drinks and take your order quickly. However, you then have to wait as they make all the drinks for the drive thru first. So far I have been waiting 10 minutes and still have someone in front waiting for his coffee, when I can see that not only have 4 cars gone by in the drive thru including the truck that pulled in after I came in and ordered. I don’t mind waiting but I think the customer service should be equal. They did wish me a happy New Year though and apologized for the wait.

This has got to be the best Starbucks I go to, hands down. I pass this location on my morning commute to work. I have to be at work by 8 am and there have been times where I will pull into the drive-thru, with cars stretched out to the street(close to 10 or more cars), at 7:50(I know, risk-taker!), and I will still get my coffee and be at work with time to spare! Grant it, my work is only about 5 miles from this Starbucks, but the speed of their service is commendable, every single time. On top of that, they are extremely friendly and accommodating. One morning, they accidentally overcharged my card for the wrong order. When I told them it was wrong, they refunded the amount and comped my actual drink order, so I got a cup of free coffee that day. The whole misunderstanding took all of 2 minutes to correct. No arguing. No confusion. Just great customer service. The employees here are definitely on their A-game every day. They are hella quick, precise, and consistent. I highly recommend this location, especially if you like your service FAST. One thing I might mention is that the parking lot is a tad small and it can be a pain to park when the lot is highly busy. I rarely go inside the store though so it’s not a huge problem for me.

Very popular location, and this one is perfectly situated between my Daughter’s place and My Casa in Arcadia, so we meet early on occasion for a brew, and it’s becoming that«special place» for us. Because of that fact, I’ll overlook the old, run down furniture(could use a décor upgrade), but overall, the people working here are friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. There is not a big selection of gifts, trinkets and stuff, which doesn’t bother me in the least, but it’s nice to have a few things, just in case I have an impulse to buy something for someone who needs a big mug, or a large bag o’ coffee beans! The drive through lane seems to be the biggest down side to this particular location, for it winds out into the parking aisle of the lot that serves Sprouts Market and a dozen other small businesses. This usually doesn’t seem to bother the Starbucks customers, because we have one thing on the brain… COFFEE! However, for others using the parking lot, it can be a snarl. The window service has always been fast, in my experience, so cars move quickly, and I assume that the drivers using the drive-through lane have it figured out as to what they want, and are just as efficient in ordering as the coffee attendees are at taking orders and filling them.

This is a good Starbucks to chill and get work done at. I frequent this location about three times per week. The interior is one of the nicest and most comfortable that I’ve seen at any Starbucks. The outdoor seating area is also nice, with lots of good seating outside on nice weather days. I terms of service, the baristas can sometimes be a bit slow. It’s not uncommon for me to wait several minutes for a drink, which I’ve gotten used to. I don’t come to this location if I am in a rush. This location does get busy in the late afternoon and seating inside can be scarce, but in the early afternoon it does have a nice environment. Wifi is a bit slow, but consistent. I do like this location overall though and will be back for sure.

Large interior and lots of parking at this Starbucks location. There are several Starbucks within a few miles of this one, almost one on every corner. Almost like Walgreens. The efficiency of the baristas, who seem to enjoy their jobs, and a good sized cabinet of snacks, along with the usual line up of drinks keep me coming here when I’m in this area. What’s unique about this Starbucks location, though, is this almost separate room, like a reading or gaming room. Could be used for a small get together area. I also like all the different configurations of seating options here.

The Starbucks to come to, it’s large with lots of seating indoor and outdoor and even has a meeting room that you can reserve by buying at least $ 50 in gift cards. I take away a couple stars and am motivated to post because one of the baristas is SLAMMING equipment down or slamming shut the ice cover or something, WHAM!!!, OVER and OVER, it is SOLOUD, very startling when I’m trying to get some work done. As I’m heading out(one WHAM! too many) one customer is asking the same barista, «Excuse me, I’ve been standing here for a long time. Is my drink ready? [Is shown drink on counter] Why didn’t you call my name?!» Barista said, «I called out the drink!» smh. If the name was asked for, call out the name! Customers listen only for their name if they’re asked their name!

5 stars just for the awesome muzak station they use! There’s so many places to sit and study our work with a laptop. The baristas are way nice and the cold brew is great! I also love the conference room they have set up for study groups. I wouldn’t ever be using it, but it’s awesome to see how well they cater to students.

Obviously this wasn’t built a Starbucks. It’s more spacious than your average ‘bucks, and has a cool little game room tucked away with a table to seat 8 or so. A few gents were playing chess while we were there. Lots and lots of seating is available, although lots of it is taken by people working away on their computers. The customer service is excellent. I had my first Fizzio(root beer). It was unexpectedly really good! Has a tinge of ginger in it, and with whipped cream on top it has a creamy aftertaste. I’m not a huge fan of cold coffee, so this might become my go-to cold drink.

We have been in a lot of Starbucks locations all over. This particular one has a very unique store layout as it is on a corner and is in an L inside. Last night when we were here we wondered what the building was prior to becoming a Starbucks. Today we are in again. It is a very comfortable environment with lots of parking. Usually we bring our own cups but had left them at home today. So we asked for our lattes in cups for here. Coffee was excellent. Comfortable chairs too.
