Totally sucks. From zero help when our phone’s bluetooth stopped working several weeks ago and we brought it back to the store we got it in to ZERO HELP from T-​Mobile. The Nexxus 6 has a problem with the bluetooth. It is all over the internet. T-​Mobile has done nothing but give us the runaround. DO NOT go to them. They are scammers. One «customer service rep» promised a new phone is we tried a few things. We called back and they «had no record» of the conversation. WORST CARRIER EVER!
