Team Clean and Haul

If there was a way to give negative anything, I would. This company is the absolute worst company I have worked within the last 20 years. They are rude and careless! They do not maintain any schedule. They were late on delivery, and they have yet to pick up the dumpster. The HOA is sending Notices to my client, and the Company couldn’t care less. I explained that we have 20 Tons of granite, dirt, and boulders showing up to the Job Site first thing in the morning, the woman said «we can’t get to the address until Monday. I left messages ALL week reminding the company that they needed to pick up the Dumpster on scheduled date… the company couldn’t care less. They run your Credit Card as soon as the Order is placed. Then, they work at their convenience, without any adherence to the promised schedule. DON“T USE THESE PEOPLE! THEY ARE THE WORST!!! They have cost my company TWO deadlines, an unhappy client, and an unhappy HOA. I Want A REFUND to give to my client as to apologize for the inconvenience, and schedule delays.

A bit surprised of a couple of the other reviews as I had a GREAT experience with this company. Prompt, professional and great service. Driver gave me his personal cell to ensure pick was timely. Driver went as far as assisting me with throwing some heavier items in as I was working alone. Really helped out in a pinch. Reasonable prices. Definitely use them again and recommend.

This company is terrible! They have caused us nothing but grief! Called on Monday morning to have them pick up the dumpster and it’s now Thursday and two rain storms later. Now trying to say we overfilled the dumpster and they can’t haul it away because it’s too heavy. Umm, it’s too heavy because it’s rained twice and the soil is wet due to them not picking it up 3 days ago when they were asked to. Ridiculous! DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY!

Very disappointed in this company. Called on a Friday around 12 PM and was told a dumpster would be delivered to a job site. They emailed over all paperwork right away, and I returned RIGHT AWAY. Here it is Monday, the dumpster was never delivered, and they never called to explain or reschedule. I call to make sure we are not charged and it is not going to be delivered whenever they decided to. The woman I spoke to seemed very careless. She said that I called in AFTER HOURS (I called around 12 noon), and in order to guarantee same day delivery, the call needs to be received before 11 AM… even though I did confirm with her that it would be delivered same day. NEEDLESS TO SAY, do not use this company. there are many other dumpster and haul off companies in the Valley that are much more reliable. Even if you are in a time crunch as I was, it may just be better to wait for another company to become available.

I’ve used Team Clean and Haul twice in the past 2 months, and I found their prices to be great and their drivers to be really easy to work with. The dumpsters were delivered and picked up on time.

Customer service is rude and they are put out to pick up their dumpsters. I’ll never use them again.

Team Clean and Haul was recommended to me by a contractor with whom I have frequently worked. I needed a dumpster on short notice. I called in the morning and it was delivered that afternoon. The placement needed to be precise due to property line issues and it was perfect on the first try. The phone staff was very friendly as was the driver and more than once I was told how much my business was appreciated. Very good bunch.

This company does not return calls and does not pick up the dumpster when you order it picked up! My client called the company to have a dumpster delivered and requested a pick up 3 days later, it was confirmed and yet never picked up. As their agent who’s attempting to get the property on the market I called on my clients behalf 3 times in one day requesting a call back, giving the property address, my phone number and the day (three days prior) when it was supposed to be picked up.
They never called me back. They never called my client and looks like I’ll be driving out there again tomorrow to see if they did their job.
If you’re looking for a reliable company to deliver a dumpster and pick it up– DO NOT CALL Team Clean and Haul– they do not deliver what they say.
