The Home Depot

I have spent thousands here in the past 6 weeks… close to 6k, and I was told that a refrigerator went off sale and I was told that it would be on sale until the 1^st of May, well it appearantly went off sale yesterday and all they could off me was the phrase «bummer».
Really …bummer. No it’s a bummer for you because I will no longer use Home Depot and will gladly travel to lowes for my kitchen remodel… See the fridge I was buying was for the guest home… So now when I design my kitchen with all new granite and new appliances… it will be by lowes… btw, lowes had cheaper regular pricing then your sale prices… Good bye

Bought some floor tiles. Didn’t buy enough. Went back for more. We had bought the last ones. Kevin called Carefree store and had them located and saved at the next closst store. Very friendly staff at the Carefree hauled em all out to my car and loaded them. Kevin & Laura went the extra step!

Great location!!! The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable. I walked in looking to get some keys made and also to find a little hinge for my shower door (the thingy that makes sure the shower door stays closed so you don’t turn the whole bathroom into a shower…) I was helped right away with making the keys, and then a really nice guy, Joe, tried to help me find the shower thing (after seeing the «lost puppy» look on my face). He couldn’t find it, but called over the expert, Gus — now this guy knew his stuff!!! I swear he knew the store like the back of his hand. He couldn’t find the shower door thing either — because they didn’t carry it – but told me where I could find it, and also helped me find some other stuff I was looking for.
I like this location! They’re willing to help you find what you need, are super friendly, and don’t have attitudes like other places I’ve been to.

Appliance specialist EARL COLEMAN takes customer service to an entirely epic level. He made the difference in where I purchased my GE refrigerator. I could have purchased closer to my home, but make the 2 hour drive to go back to his store, to ensure quality service. I would never buy another GE however. .. it has broken 2X in 9 weeks since new, and their customer service rep «Amononicia» was the worst! Buy any brand but GE folks! AND, talk to Earl first.

I have been trying for two years to have three sets of blinds installed in my home. After numerous times of telling everyone from the floor blind salesman to the installers the phone number to contact me is my cell, not my home number (out of state number), for some reason none of these people I’ve talked to changed my number in the system causing a communication cluster. Never again Home Depot! Never Again!

I love the garden department at this Home Depot. They are always so helpful.

I’m a single girl and I felt completely comfortable with the guy who rented me a truck. He was a young kid and very gung-​ho about his job. Completely honest with what I needed to know so that was refreshing. Overall though everyone at Home Depots always seem willing to help out.

This place is always empty. What does that mean? Ill tell you. It means there are plenty of non overworked friendly people to help you out!

This has to be one of the «better» Home Depot’s to shop at in the Phoenix market. This big orange home supply store has almost everything you need for those weekend «honey due» projects.
It’s in a great location that’s easy to find. The inside is very clean and well organized as far as Home Depot’s go. This location is not as busy as the other Home Depot’s due to it’s location yet they offer all the same product selections and seem to be always be in stock with the things other Home Depot’s may run out of.
Their paint, wood, plumbing, appliances and out door areas are top notch and staffed with knowledgeable experts. Can’t say the same about their lighting, electrical and power tools which is keeping them from getting 5 stars.
The next time you need supplies for your home repairs, this is the place to shop!

this place has saved my butt more times than i can count. i often start projects that i think i can do and then run into show stopping issues. my husband loves this about me, really he does. yesterday, for instance, i realized the standing water under my kitchen sink was caused by a leaky garbage disposal. so i bought a new one at the home depot and trotted home to install it. i opened the box and realized the fittings weren’t the same as my current disposal. called home depot (they’re on speed dial on my blackberry) and explained the situation. staffer told me to head back up there and he’d have the part waiting for me. sure enough, i arrive 20 minutes after my phone call and the garbage disposal expert is waiting for me in the garbage disposal aisle with the part i needed and a few helpful hints on how to install the beastly disposal. 3 hours later i had a brand-​spanking new garbage disposal installed, a VERY impressed husband and quite a sense of personal satisfaction — i completed my first plumbing project thanks to the home depot!
