Valley Med Trans VMT

This is coming from experience as an employee:
1) Their cars are unsafe. I was given many cars that had multiple issues, including safety issues. One car would literally shut off while driving. It happened once while on I-​17, with a passenger. That was scary. I broke down so many times, it was extremely nerve wracking to drive their cars. You never knew if you were going to die because they wanted to save money.
2) Their mechanics are a joke. One even «accidentally» washed a car with diesel fuel. Yes, diesel fuel. He sprayed the whole car with it. That’s a huge EPA violation. But beyond that, the mechanics only fixed stuff «good enough». If it could drive out of the driveway, it was good to go. Never mind the brake pads being completely worn down, or the car shutting down all the time. Just go pick up so and so from Bethany Clinic, and then we need you in Mesa. Lol.
3) They treat their employees awfully. The employees would always meet at the clinics, pissed off, trying to calm down. They offered no protection from the mental health patients we transported. They even told us «don’t make small talk». One time, they even had a «no phone calls» rule. You literally couldn’t call them, except for an emergency. No questions! I’ve had patients explain how they would kill me… I’ve had patients hold me hostage at a pharmacy because the pharmacy wouldn’t give them their medicine. They would make up arbitrary rules every couple weeks. They would alter existing rules every couple weeks too. They would lose and gain new employees that often as well. It was an employee mill. There were a few who stuck it out, usually the ones with a family. But some people couldn’t tolerate the ridiculous nature of working there.
4) Safety: Safety is not their number one goal. In fact feared for my safety numerous times. Part of it was the nature of the job, but the owner would pinch pennies over every little thing. Even safety. The cars are the biggest danger. They are in poor condition, at least when I worked there.
This is all my opinion from my experience working there approximately 4 years ago.

The owner charged me 300 dollars to practice fixing my car but then he fired the mechanic Mike who was working on my car and he returned my car without fixing it and didn’t refund me the 300 dollars. Take me advice, DO NOT do business with this place !!! And when I called him he was rude and hung up the phone on my face. This is the WORST place ever!!!’ Don’t go there!!!

The worst medical transport service I’ve ever dealt with and I’ve seen several. I had two rd trips, they were late for every pickup the staff was so unprofessional and un-organized.3 out the 4 drives I got were terrible drivers and made poor decision on the road were slamming on the brakes was the result.3 of 4 !!! Almost had accidents.
