How am I the first person to review Wow Factor? I’ll take this opportunity to tell how great this company is.
A true testament to any company proving great service, I mean well above what you expected and promised and you feel you got the better end of the deal and everyone walks away happy. Are you still talking about them a day later? Perhaps a week later? A Month? Shall we even venture a guess to say a year later? Shall we even dive into deeper waters and say you still talk about a company so awesome over a year later you are still satisfied with your decision? Yes, yes we shall. When planning a reasonable wedding, and I mean reasonable meaning you will not spend a year or two salary (pretax) I recommend cheaping out on the food, party favors, exotic locations with tropical birds, Flying in Uncle Dave who only cares about the open bar, etc. Pay attention to two things, and really look at these two things: Location and your entertainment. Location will be another review. I’d like to go into detail on the entertainment provided by Wow Factor. It is more than just entertainment, focus your resources on Wow Factor.

If you want some serious, and I mean serious attention paid to what is important in your wedding than look no more, you have found your quarterback of wedding awesomeness. Here is the thing, Dave and Shelley actually take a considerable amount of time to find out what you want at your wedding. Who is important, what do you want announced? Shelly asks tons of questions about the music played, and I mean lot. She does this to actually create music that is important to you as a couple. Dave really owns the entire flow of the wedding. Dave and Shelley have an amazing amount of time invested into finding out what you want for entertainment in your wedding. They provide a time sheet with all of it and keep that dialed in with military precision during the wedding day. If you are nervous on planning anything they seriously take care of it. We had plans on that change last minute and they only came back, not with complaints, charges, or any of that nonsense, they came back with asking questions on how they can make those last minute changes work for us.
They really made our wedding a much higher caliber event than I would have ever thought. If you are looking for not only a quality DJ as they claim, and produce, but a no B.S. maser of ceremony than I could not recommend a better company than Wow Factor. They really made our wedding day absolutely amazing.
Here is the final thought on them. So, our wedding is done, they did a lot more for us than they signed on for. We sent a text message to Shelley on our one year anniversary because we were talking about them and how great they were and how this was one of the best decisions we made when planning our wedding. If you talk about them on your anniversary you know they did something right. Not only did Shelly respond back but she remembered us, gave us good thoughts and wished us many more years of happiness. She could have blown us off because a year after doing business who would have blamed her? She did not! We basically just wanted to say thank you. She remembered us and wished us happiness.
