Our favorite coffee shop in the area! We live in West Chester, and often travel to this place on Sundays for a cappuccino. Coffee is good, served in a handmade mug with paintings, drawings, and pottery on display throughout the shop. It has a character about it that I love.

Ok this place is REALLY comfortable for good coffee like a living room as opposed to tables and chairs everywhere. Couches, fluffy/cushioned living room like chairs, it doesn’t feel like a business. HOWEVER ;)… for me at least, on Saturdays the three times I went over the past few months, they didn’t open at the time they say they do(9am). And I don’t mean like 5 minutes late, I mean I walk by 20 minutes later and still not open yet. They say 9am which is fine, but for people who want their coffee earlier in the morning, that hurts it for me. But really when you have a place you love to go and they have an opening time and never seem to be open then, it irritates you. If they were reliable in this way I would be at 4.5 stars! I would take off half a star because a good coffee shop should open before 9am even I think, but that is my personal preference. However I only give 3 because of the unreliability of them being open when they say they are open.

Absolutely delicious coffee, and a good place to sit down and get some work done. Would definitely come back in the warmer months for gelato!

My best friend & I have bi-weekly ‘mom time’. Where we get together without our kids. We tried other places, but once we came here, we don’t go anywhere else. The owner is super cool, the coffee is the best, and the ambiance is so relaxed. We occasionally have a desert, the personal Key Lime pie is to die for. We end up talking or playing Heads Up(a charades type game on our phones!) for hours. Our favorite spot is the sofas! We love it here!

Great place to chill and drink coffee. They sell a lot of pottery and local art in there as well. The coffee is strong and really tasty. It’s very cozy in there! My husband and I walked down there during a snow storm for breakfast one time and it was so good. I think we had just moved into our house and we had no food yet and couldn’t drive anywhere. they were the only place open! We’ve been there a bunch of times since then. Staff is always very friendly.

Seems like a cool place to hang out and get coffee in Phoenixville. I just grabbed a black coffee with a shot of espresso, but the food in the place looked pretty good(soup smelled good as well) and the staff was friendly. The place was pretty laid back and quiet inside which is nice.

I want to like this place, but the four times I have been there, the person working behind the counter seems annoyed to have to wait on us. Each time it was not busy and we were the only people in line. Maybe just got him at the end of a long day.

Went here today for the first time. The place was much bigger than I expected and had a lot of pottery and art available to buy. It was so nice inside. We got a few breakfast items and a smoothie. Everything was wonderful. I loved the breakfast wrap! Will definitely be back.

With art galleries and coffee houses being two of my all time favorite things Artisans Gallery & Café was one of those spots that I instantly wanted to make my forever café. But on the Phoenixville road trip it served as the perfect spot to grab a dessert pick me up for later before embarking on a drive to Centralia. And with that pick me up being some decadent brownies and a gooey triple chocolate bar laden with caramel and coconut, it also proved to be a great spot for satisfying a sugar rush. Artisans is a multi purpose coffeehouse that’s fully loaded with paintings and photography showcases by local artists, pottery and dishes for sale by dedicated crafters, a library of books about Phoenixville available for purchase, and then some! So its one of those cafes that provide so much more than just a comfy chair to sit and satisfy your caffeine fix while you get work done and waste time away on free wi-fi. But its also a satisfactory location for that since it has plenty of impeccable chair layouts that give you a view of the artworks. Add in coffee beans from One Village Coffee and you have me swooning!

Very quaint café. Great coffee(One Village from Souderton, PA). Yummy soup and GF muffins! The barista was very helpful and patient with customers. Busy on a Sunday because other local cafés close early. Love the local art for sale around the comfortable seating area. Wish it were closer to home!

My boyfriend and I love trying different coffee shops and this one is by far my favorite place to go. I love everything about this place. Every time I go, I get their caramel cappuccino and I absolutely love it. Their sandwiches are great and their tomato basil soup is amazing. They sell and use fair trade coffee and I love that. It seems like there are always the same people working and I love the fact that you can see a familiar face every time you go in. They have plenty of board games to play, free wifi, and a good amount of seating. Whenever I go there, there always seems to be locals that are regular patrons and I think that adds to the cozy, welcoming atmosphere. I adore this place and it provides that ideal coffee shop vibe that I love. I am never disappointed when I come here.

A surprisingly elegant spot for a fairly depressing town. I was there back in 2009 and remember the food being excellent, especially the desserts, and the ambiance being very inviting. If I’m ever in Phoenixville again for some reason or another, I’ll probably stop in and get some kind of goodies.

Great coffee, cool variety of drinks and food. Staff was chill and helpful. The atmosphere was nice and I would love to sit and do paperwork here. The only downside was that there was no handicap street parking, luckily my friend found a good spot. Overall, I was glad I stopped here for coffee and not another Starbucks.

Always our first choice for coffee — on a date, with a group of friends, or for some quiet reading time alone. The art and pottery inside are beautiful. The staff are very cool and helpful. They know Phoenixville and love their customers. Favorites: Americano(rich and smooth), iced chai latte, hot chocolate, and raspberry mocha. And for a real treat, the Hungarian shortbread.

Nice environment, but I can’t get over the bad coffee. Isn’t great coffee the reason one goes to a coffee house/café? Maybe I got the end of the pot, since others seem okay with what they were served. Still every cup served should be great, otherwise why come. Tends to have an older crowd. Board games are a nice touch.

A perfect place to relax, read a book, do homework or meet a friend. Great beverages and deserts, not to mention that the tomato basil is out of the world! my favorite! once you go to artisans you have to come back
