Don’t love it. Don’t hate it. It’s just OK. Really loud and busy by the bar but the bartender was very attentive. I ordered food to-go and they forgot my salad dressing. Salad and fries were what I expected I guess– both not great, but OK. I got shrimp added to my mixed green salad which was 5 dollars extra(for 5 pieces of shrimp). I might return since they are open late, but… probably not.

Tried this place for the first time last night… We were seated in the bar area and it was incredibly loud to the point where I couldn’t hear my waitress at all and I could barely hear the people I was eating with. The menu could have some better options on it but it was a nice variety. The service was very prompt, especially for a Saturday night but I do not see myself returning here in the future.

Favorite menu items– buffalo chicken egg rolls, French onion soup and prosciutto wrapped shrimp. The service is great and food comes fast. The nightlife is fun and the security guards are friendly :)

I’ve been a loyal patron for quite some time now. Everyone is always friendly and the drinks and atmosphere are great! Last night I decided to try the food. We had to wait about 25 minutes for a waitress, so we ended up ordering drinks from the bar. The pesto chicken sandwich was incredible, HOWEVER the deep fried chicken wing bone I found in my French fries was GROSS. The waitress was nice enough, but she didn’t seem very sympathetic and said she’d mention it to her manager. This is a health concern/choking hazard that should’ve been immediately brought to his/her attention. I was kind of expecting an apology but I guess that was out of the question. 45 minutes later she brought us the check. The service was just very slow. The 3 waitresses I saw rolling silverware in the back should’ve been helping tables if this is how long service was taking.

The food was delicious! My favorite is the Risotto balls & the filet bruschetta. There were excellent! We had grilled chicken Caesar salad and filet brussetta and it was yummy!

The food was excellent. We had buffalo chicken quesadilla with blue cheese. The seating was nice and there was no wait where other places we needed to wait 45+ mins in town.

Usually one of my favorite places in town but can’t even get our table cleaned tonight or put in a drink order. Literally ignored for 15 minutes. Then two wrong drinks and and a waitress tells us we took someone’s table after another waitress told us to sit here because the people left«a really long time ago». Get it together people.

We went here a few weeks ago for an earlier Friday dinner. We don’t live in the area but wanted to go check out Phoenixville. We were directed here via Unilocal as many boast of their awesome happy hour. We were seated promptly and chose outside as it was a gorgeous nite ! Our server was attentive and made sure drinks were filled and courses were moved along while eating. I’m not sure what it’s like here at nite. But I got a sense that it might get to be a pretty sloppy and crowded bar scene.. My evidence = the dank stale beer smell when you walked inside.(Like many beers have been spilled here and left to fester) Now. It could have been my extra sensitive pregnant sense of smell so don’t let my opinion completely deter you. But for me that evening. I was glad we were able to sit outside in the fresh air. Food was good, beer list was decent and we shared dessert. We would make our rounds to other Bridge Street restaurants and keep this as an option to come back to again.

This is a pretty nice spot, the outdoor seating is wonderful and the service was really attentive, I liked all the options on the menu and the prices were pretty reasonable. I got the short rib sandwich, which was pretty good, the rib was cooked perfectly, just a little under seasoned. I will be back to try a few more things on the menu.

BEWARE: I went here with my two friends, a married couple, last Saturday night(between 9:30−12). We each had two beers, and then my friends husband ordered one round of shots, which we declined. He took one — and within 30 minutes, became completely incapacitated for the rest of the evening. We(two petite, 20-something girls) were fine and had to carry him home and take care of him for the rest of the evening and he was not coherent until the next evening. The shot was clearly roofied. A bartender reamed him out for standing in her way shortly after, which is suspicious. This is terrifying, and I would urge all young women to please be careful!

Ordered the tuna and avocado appetizer and two entres that were a bit small even with two sides. Food was decent and the reason I have gave any stars. The server was horrendous. She put on a smile and seemed friendly. However, when I was ready to order food after she put the drinks down I watched her sprint away even though it was clear I was ready to order. Then she took our orders later and that was the last we saw her. Our food was brought out by someone else and she never appeared again. Had time to clear all the plates, finished our beers, finished both waters and still no sign of the waitress. It was probable that she was in the back just doing more drugs or God knows what. Oh the hilarious part was how awful the bus boy was. Everything on our table was empty and we watched him nonchalantly walk by several times til the third or fourth time he grabbed ONE empty glass as he quickly swooped by. Leaving four empty plates and 3 other empty cups. About ten min later he grabbed another item nonchalantly. Then finally five min later came in for the rest… It made no sense. Finally after a solid forty minutes after our food was brought out she reappeared and asked if we needed anything else. My dinner date went to the bar for our second round of beers. End of story.

Solid place for beer and wings! They have about 20 chicken wings flavors, so I basically go there every time I’m in the mood for chicken wings and they’re absolutely amazing!!! I spend some Thursday nights and weekends hanging out at bistro and the drinks prices are very reasonable and the service is always quick! I never had a bad experience.

We had a small party(20 people) for my daughter’s Confirmation here yesterday. They were very accommodating and even opened the kitchen early so we could start our party at 11:00. We requested a buffet style set up of various hot and cold hors d’oeuvres and we brought in our own cake and cookie tray. The antipasto platter was fabulous, top quality meats and cheeses and cured olives! The fruit and cheese platters were fresh and piled high. Our hot items were as follows: Prosciutto wrapped asparagus — perfectly cooked and a crowd favorite Parmesan chicken bites– crispy, not greasy and served with a tasty marinara sauce, these were the first to disappear! Risotto balls– risotto and cheese breaded and fried into crispy gooey goodness. Dipped in the marinara sauce… soooo good. Steamed shrimp — Seasoned with old bay and lemon. Done right, not overcooked or rubbery Buffalo shrimp — lightly fried and served with wing sauce and blue cheese Our server was friendly and attentive. Zach and his crew are great and I would recommend Bistro on Bridge for private parties of any size!

I realize this place can be hit or miss, depending on the day/time you’re there, but for the most part I have always had good dining experiences at Bistro. My boyfriend and I will usually stop in once a week on a week night for dinner and drinks. The tuna avocado martini appetizer is AMAZING. I am not a burger person, so I can’t speak for those, but my boyfriend raves about the black and blue burger. Risotto balls are always a must too. We have always had excellent servers, never an issue there. I took off one star based on a recent disappointing experience. A few days ago, I placed a carry-out order for a simple grilled chicken salad and the tuna avocado appetizer. I asked how long it would be and was told 15 minutes. So, 15 minutes later when I came to pick up my order, the young guy at the front door realized he somehow«forgot to put my order in»? Now, if the place was busy and crowded I would understand, but this was just a careless error. It was 5pm on a weekday. But being the patient and understanding person I am, I let it slide. This kid apologized a few times, but I still had to wait a good extra 20 – 25 min at the bar area for my order. At the very least they could have offered me a free beer for my inconvenience, right? Anyway, you could tell they rushed the order, the chicken was cooked too fast and was rubbery/chewy. Not even edible. I had to throw it away. But what can ya do? I’ll stick with dining in from now on.

Our party of four enjoyed a nice lunch her on Sun 8−31−14. Arrived at 11:30 and there was one table besides ours. Started with an order of wings and a duck nachos, the ducks nachos were quite tasty and the tortilla chips were fresh and crispy abit thick but nicely done. My cubano pressed sandwich was flavorful but I would have liked it a little more had there been pickles on it. I really liked the fries, crispy coated plank style fries. Smoked Gouda and bacon burger was cooked properly and Joey enjoyed. Dotty’s seafood quesadilla was quite large and filled with seafood but she said a little less red onion and bell pepper would have been better but she did enjoy it. Don’s chicken topped salad of asian noodles and spices was substantial and flavorful. He loved it. The beer list is a nice size and has something that everyone could enjoy. I am a farmhouse ale(saison) guy and they have several varieties. I enjoy this place and had it been less humid today we would have eaten outside. Our server was very attentive and willing to bend a bit on our requests. We will be back!

Great bar/resturant in downtown Phoenixville. I love how they have indoor and outdoor seating. The staff is super friendly and down to make suggestions on drinks to try. 21 taps… you are bound to find something you will enjoy. As far as grub goes, they have a ton of options on their menu. I love their quesadillas and their goat cheese salad. My boyfriend and I always enjoy getting two different things and sharing.

I’m a little torn on what to say in this review, so I’m giving it three stars as a happy medium. Would I eat inside? Probably not. Would I come specifically for the food? Probably not. Tonight I had a pizza and my fiancé had a burger. His burger was pretty good, but not the best. My pizza was just sort of okay. It was more spicy than I had anticipated, and the flavor just wasn’t all that great. That being said, this is a great place in the summer for cocktails, and we still had a very enjoyable time. I came by with a few friends and we managed to snag some seats on the comfy couches outside. Major pros? $ 5 Martinis all night. This is the sort of place where I would happily sit outside, watch the summer sky, and sip cosmos for a few hours while catching up with friends. Also, Bobby and I collectively ordered an appetizer, a burger, a personal pizza, 3 martinis, 2 microbrew beers, and we still managed to get out without spending over $ 60 before the tip. So all in all, it wasn’t the best meal I’ve ever had, but it is a great place if you like to sit outside and have some drinks with friends.

*This is only a happy hour review* Fiancé and I stopped in after dinner for a couple drinks. Hello $ 5 all day, every day martini menu. I had the cosmo and a raspberry martini. Both were yummy and had a pretty decent buzz. Bartenders were friendly for the most part, seemed to be a litte distracte by talk amongst themselves. Will definitely go back for some cheap drinks.
