McDonald’s

I’m almost positive that I got food poisoning there yesterday (3÷7÷16) from a lunch order just after 1p. I will never go there again. I’d give 0 stars if I could.

Decent food at a good price. Usually very fast drive-​thru service and friendly staff.

This is one of the poorer McDonalds, although to be fair, in this area of southeastern PA, most of the McDonalds are bad. It’s always something. Usually it’s very slow service. The food is usually cold to somewhat warm. The drinks seem to be watered down. The kids working are frequently texting/​reading something on their phones instead of paying attention to their jobs. Too bad my son loves happy meals. It’s not so happy for me. More and more I find myself going to O’Grady’s or the Burger King up the street instead of here.

I’m done with this McDonalds. Everytime I go there I get frustrated at the unprofessional slobs that work there. This time, I waited in line for over 5 minutes and there were only 2 people in front of me. The staff is terrible and care more about preparing their own food, checking their email or texting and complaining to each other about customers.
Do yourself a favor, go to one of the other fast food restaurants!

Don’t come Sunday morning. 10 people in the restaurant, full staff, buy EVERYONE is moving at half speed, including the manager. There is no sense of urgency, no «can I help you or I”ll be right with you.» no eye contact, didn’t great customers waiting in line. Not well run.

I can honestly say I have never had one order that was correct from this McDonalds. Not One! I mean I’m not ordering replacement parts with exacting specifications for the space shuttle, I’m ordering a burger and fries.
By the way, have a little training on treating your customers with a little bit of respect. I am not your Bro, Dude or Man. I don’t expect to be called sir at McDonalds but none of these terms ever convey respect.

I frequent here only because of location convenience. A lot of times i been here you end up waiting typically longer than usual for fastfood, i mean… It is FASTFOOD but apparantly they dont live up to that quality.

I have been here twice. The first time I would give it five stars but then after my recent second visit I give it one star, thus three in the end.
The first time we went here for lunch and it was really busy inside and the drive thru. We went in and expected bad lines and prepared for bad service. To my pleasant surprise the staff were very organized, fast and still managed to be friendly. In fact, I was so impressed I went up to the manager and thanked him for running such a smooth show. I vowed to come to this location if I could in the future.
I changed my mind today and will not come here if I can help it. They got our simple order wrong and then looked at me like it was my fault. I wasn’t the only one because the guy next to me cane back with his incorrect order too. The staff did a lot of eye rolling and «are you sure?». Spare me, I know what I ordered. I wish people who didn’t like their jobs didn’t show it.
Anyway, I would cone here again for lunch but not breakfast or you will face hung over, grumpy servers.
