How do you run out of bacon? Seriously, twice in two weeks? Two months in a row? I call B.S. on that — and if it really is true, the Franchise location owner needs to find someone with better planning and ordering skills to run the place.
They always shut down at least a half hour before close, if not sooner. Here’s a tip, Wendy’s: your supposed to wait until closing time before shutting off the grill and fryer. If your going to shut down a half hour sooner, change your public store hours!

We used to frequent this location a lot in the past, but lately something is really wrong here. For the second time this month, during the dinner hour, we had to pull up to the red railing and wait for our order to be ready. Tonight, our 2 cheeseburgers took so long that I turned off the car at the railing to wait. When we got them, they were dripping in grease and the ketchup was so heavy that you couldn’t even taste the hamburger or cheese. I have to say that this was without a doubt the worst cheeseburger I have ever had from a fast food restaurant. I’m not sure what’s going on at this location, but it needs HELP FAST.

I live close by and have been roughly 15 times in the last few years. Normally I would never bother to write a review for a fast food place as most of them are essentially the same. However this particular Wendy’s is left wanting almost every time. If you get food to go do yourself a favor and CHECK that you got what you ordered. I understand that they’re obviously moving at a brisk pace, however the amount of times my ordered has been messed up is unfathomable.

The service is in DIRE need of work. Kids are clueless. Chatty. Mess up consistently. What does the training even consist of? If the chili and potatoes (which seem to always run out) weren’t great for the price, I wouldn’t even bother.

Best salads!!! I never dined inside here, I always slide through the drive thru and have no complaints, they have a late night menu, they are fast, and friendly.
