Ordered two pizzas and breadsticks and they came cold. Wrong size. Wrong pizzas! Missing extra sauce cups I paid for… Called and they brought out more pizzas since the ones they brought us weren’t even close to what we ordered … Wrong crust and still no sauces. :-(

oh, our experience was horrible! I love pizza hut pizza but the garlic bread was brought out cold and the pizza was the same. The pizza was the same. The cheese wasn’t even soft anymore. Our server was Rosie and she was a doll and she was brand new. But the other server was not very good. Tables were left dirt for over an hour. She then got an attitude with a young boy’s football team because they didn’t call ahead to say they were going to come in. The group was very patient and even helped wipe down tables. But the server was clearly not happy. I’m sad to report that we won’t go back.

Today was not a good lunch experience. I went to the buffet bar and took the last two pieces of pizza left. There was some dessert pizza and bread sticks but nothing else. I began to look around and noticed that there were 8 tables that have not been cleaned up and the table I chose was very sticky. I waited 20 minutes for more pizza to come out but nothing arrived. The girl working the floor never offered a salad, which comes with the buffer. Usually I’m satisfied with the buffet but not today. I will go back and give them another chance in the future.

My pan pizza was not a pan pizza. It was more like a think hand tossed. I ordered four toppings, one being spinach. They made my pizza and then threw 2 handfuls of baby spinach on top. Way under staffed. Only two people working a Saturday lunch. One out front and one cooking. Service was good considering the amount of people he had to wait on.

Every time I’ve ordered online, my order is always wrong! I ordered the cockadoodle pizza with parm sauce, Pepsi, and chicken Alfredo pasta and they gave me a pepperoni pizza with red sauce no Pepsi and I got red sauce pasta. It happened three times to me so I’m done ordering online!

Pizza Hut perhaps has become to big for its britches. Like another famous hamburger joint they’ve become complacent about the little things. The food quality is good, but their ingredients have become sparse, even on the extra orders. My favorite, pepperoni, is now so thin you can almost read through it. Customer service, they need to be retrained into knowing who pays their salary. It isn’t the company, it’s the customers. I believe the next time we’ll go elsewhere.

I never figured that I’d ever write a five star review for a corporate chain restaurant.
I wasn’t expecting much from the quick lunch that my boyfriend picked out to have lunch with our 5 year old. Pizza came, drinks were kept filled, and our server spent a few quarters in the Claw machine– only to present our little one with the stuffed animal that she won from the game. What an adorable thing to do!

The pizza was good, but the issue is if you order online for in-​store pickup your full name will be put on a tv in the dining room for everyone to see. I made a comment to the lady checking us out and they didn’t bat an eye. Imagine being at a bank or Walmart and your full name is announced to anyone in the establishment for everyone to see. This is not okay. Will not be back at any Pizza Hut until this changes.

One of the better pizza huts I’ve been to. I mostly do delivery and they are usually quick. Pizza order is always correct and always hot. :)

I’ve ordered from this place a few times and the pizza is always dry and over cooked. Also they never seem to cut the pizza all the way through. You’re better off going somewhere else for pizza.

Now I remember why Pizza Hut is the BEST pizza. Love the deep dish pan crust. We went to the lunch buffet. Decent selection of pizza, fresh salad, really nice server. Will go again.
