I have a beautiful Michael Amini sideboard. BUT 2 of the drawer pulls broke from normal or actually very little use. They look lovely, but are poorly made. I tried to get some satisfaction from the store where it was purchased… but no satisfaction there. Sent several emails to the manufacturer with a guarantee that they would reply in approx three to five days… that was a year or more ago… still no reply from multiple emails sent. Not a happy customer here. All I want to do is get new drawer pulls… it should not be that impossible I wouldn’t think. Because of their lack of customer service I would never buy any more of their products. Evidently there is very little pride on their part with their product.
