I ordered two pizzas and one pizza that was delivered was the wrong one. So I called the Domino’s back and told the lady my order was wrong. She didn’t have any response until I asked if she was going to say anything. She replied by saying«ok, so what did you want?» I told her I wanted my correct order and she said ok but I would have to return the wrong pizza! Why would the place want the incorrect order?!! Gross! She told me it would be 35⁄45 min and I asked why would it take so long, she said because there are orders in front of mine. Considering I placed my orders a while back and it was wrong, I would expect my corrected pizza to be first. I asked to speak with the supervisor and it was the lady I was speaking with! She never once apologized and did not have ANY customer service at all! Especially if they want there pizza returned, I will NOT be going back to this place!

I come to this location a lot only because it’s the one closest to me. For the most part it’s OK, there are some friendly workers, but also some that I would demote if not fire their asses. there’s been multiple times that I have been put on hold to the point were I get frustrated enough to hang up and go in personally just to see people on the phone, which to me seems like they are having personal calls rather than order taking. I’ve never had any problems regarding food so that’s why I give a 3 stars. Get rid of the idiots that don’t wanna work here and I’ll easily give this place 5 stars.

I used to love coming to this location. The staff used to be so friendly and bubbly. I was a regular customer to the point where when I used to show up to this location the staff already knew what I was going to order. Just recently the service has gone down hill. I sent my father to go pick up an order about a week ago and he waited 1hr for the 2pizzas we ordered on a Tuesday, Yesterday something similar happened… We waited a little over an hour & then come to find out that our oder was completely wrong. Long story short they did no accommodation for us. I would honestly NOTRECOMMEND this location to anyone. It’s better to drive a couple of miles down to the montebello location and get your Oder done on time as well as receive your order exactly the way you’ve ordered it.

Absolutely the worst delivery service ever. My order was simple. 1 order of each dessert & that was all. It took them almost 2 hours to deliver my food. I was watching the tracker and about almost an hour an half into it it said I already received the food when I didn’t. Called the store and they said that the driver was on his way. 30 minutes later the driver calls and he can not understand me speaking English, so I spoke Spanish to him and he still had no idea what was happening. I then called the restaurant and they said they were sorry and they would refund me my money for the food. I still never received my refund and the driver was extremely rude when he delivered my items. I will never ever order from here again

I have been doing buisness with these folks for the year I lived in Whittier, this review is based on the quality of customer service, on 7÷26÷2015 I placed an order of two pasta breadbowls, lava cakes and 2 liter sprite for my birthday for my mom and I to enjoy, it. As usual the delivery took forever but then when the delivery man arrived he called me from my apartment to walk down the stairs to retrieve my order. didn’t even complete the job he was employed to to and bring my pizza to my apartment. I was completley shocked and appauled I didn’t want to sour my birthday already more than it had been, so I waited until after my mom and I were finished eating and called the management to file a complaint against this employee. A 5 $ complimentaty crappy precooked wings couldn’t fix this, I ended my buisness with this particular Domino’s. I feel that the employees in this franchise offer less than poor service and refuse to return to this particular location again. If you have a special occasion, don’t order from this store. It will mess your day up.

I have my apartment number on my profile online but I ALWAYS get called asking for the number… also, my order was made incorrectly. ordered pineapple and mushroom and got jalapeño and mushrooms… I order online specifically to avoid problems like this because all you need to do is READ what the customer is ordering. now my guests are hungry and dinner is served an hour late and half of it is cold… not good Domino’s…

The food and price is good. I recommend Dominos. However, this Unilocal review is based on CUSTOMERSERVICE. My sister and I are Dominos fans. Especially for a night in with television and some alcohol. We usually order online but this time I offered to pick up. I asked to add bread sticks to my order when I got there and they said 15 mins. I obliged. The wait was 20 minutes while my pizza sat. The guy was reassuring me it would taste good. When I asked for a ranch they charged me. All I had was a twenty dollar bill so they scrambled for change. Another customer came in and they were scrambling to help him too. The guy was nice but the girl was acting like she did not have time for customers. Lesson of the story: Order your pizza online. This Dominos does not know customer service. My job is customer service and based on my experience, they did not give me a reason to come back and had me feel like I was a burden to them.

I just discovered their thin crust pizza. Like pizza on a cracker! The vegetable toppings were fresh(no canned mushrooms here) and plentiful. Delivery was fast and friendly. I’ve been a customer of that other fast pizza place for over ten years, but now it’s a Dominos for me! Keep up the good work!

Very fast service. Always deliver on time. Our only issue is one driver names Joel. He NEVER brings our pizza to our door. He always calls from his cell phone saying there’s no parking and he can’t leave his car in the street. He makes us go down to his car every time. Last time he called from the lobby saying to pick it up there because he couldn’t find the apartment #. He could of asked the manager which is in the office all the time in the loby. Every other driver is perfect from here. Always friend and they always deliver them to our door. Love everyone expect Joel. Please stop sending Joel to deliver our food. We even stopped tipping him cuz he is so lazy.

I bought 2 order of chicken wings and was charged extra for the sauce just because I requested to get it on the side instead of on the chicken. Cashier said the I wouldn’t get charge extra if I have the sauce poured on the wings. Although the food is good, the customer service is terrible. Ordered $ 26 worth and still got charge extra for having the sauce on the side instead of getting it poured right on the chicken. This does not make sense at all.

I got home late the other night and was out of groceries. I made the rare decision to order a pizza and some buffalo chicken wings for my roommate, and this store was the only one open in my area. I ordered online and really enjoyed the«Track your order» feature. I live in a gated community and made sure to put the gate code in the«Special Delivery Instructions» section. The delivery driver called me in a timely manner to say that he was here. I reminded him that he needed to enter the gate code so that I could buzz him inside. He replied that he «couldn’t leave his car» and asked if I would come out to the street. I was unable(and also somewhat unwilling) to walk outside of my community by myself late at night. I said no, and asked him to enter the gate code. He said, «Fine,» hung up on me, and about 5 minutes later was at my door. I signed the receipt and tipped him(more generously than I should have). When I opened the chicken wings for my roommate they were anything but chicken wings. They looked like fried chicken nugget halves completely coated in burned cheese. And it smelled disgusting. I immediately called the store and spoke to Norma, who said that she had prepared the food herself. When I told her that I had received the wrong order, she insisted that that was what I had ordered online, and was even so bold as to suggest that«next time(I) should be more careful.» Eventually I was able to talk her into remaking the order for me, and she did offer to redeliver free of charge. I felt as though that was satisfactory – it’s just chicken wings after all. I was quoted an estimated wait time of 20 minutes. In the meantime I started eating my pizza. It was made correctly, but it was incredibly over-seasoned! They must have used half a shaker of Italian seasoning on just the top of the pizza – it was completely disappointing and inedible unless I wiped it off with a bunch of napkins; and even then it was very strong. I didn’t exactly have the highest taste expectations, but I would’ve at least liked to have been able to eat it. Nearly 40 minutes later, my phone rings and it’s a different delivery driver with the chicken wings. She was having difficulty finding the community walk-in gate, which is not unusual. She explained that she was at the resident drive-in gate but that she couldn’t get in. I told her to keep going down the street, in the same direction, for about 300 more feet, and she’d see it. She asked several times if I could just come outside and let her in the drive-in gate. And several times I replied that no, I couldn’t, for a number of reasons. I don’t know if she was walking or driving around, but it took her nearly 7 minutes to find the gate when really she was just feet away the whole time. I gave her the code again, she entered it, and I buzzed her in. TWENTY-SEVENMINUTES later, she showed up at my door. I couldn’t believe it, and when I asked what had happened after she entered the gate, she looked at me, rolled her eyes and said«Pendeja.»(Later I asked my roommate what that meant, and was absolutely appalled.) The next morning I called the store to speak with the manager. I was told that the manager was unavailable by none other than Norma. I’m sure she either recognized my voice or my phone number. She couldn’t give me a time when the manager would be available and said she’d have«someone» call me back. Needless to say, it’s been 4 days and no one has returned my call. I understand and am usually forgiving if you are having an off day, maybe the food wasn’t your best effort, or you get lost or turned around with directions. However, having all those things happen in one night with 3 different unapologetic employees seems to be less coincidence or a bad day and more indicative of how the store operates. I feel confident in saying that this place has poor customer service and bad food. I’m not remotely satisfied with my experience. I do not plan on repeating my business, nor do I recommend it to any one else.

I’m pleasantly surprised with the quality Domino’s now has compared to the 90’s during my college years. I live closed by, so I have their ph# on speed dial, and my pizza is ready in 10 minutes! What a plus! I usually order the $ 5.99 Brooklyn-style pizza. Great deal for this tasty treat. Staff is polite and friendly. If you order at the counter, take a walk in the shopping center to the Serv-Rite for a bottle of wine or booze. By the time you return, your pizza is ready. YUMMM

It is a Tuesday afternoon and I decided to order pizza online. I noticed they had a special for carry out. Large 3 toppings for $ 7.99.(Mon thru wed) Money! My online ordering experience was very easy and fast. When I arrived to pick up my pie I was greeted with a nice cheerful smile and hello. Overall I was happy with my experience. My only complaint was that the pizza was a bit cold. But hey I guess I took to long to go pick it up. Also on a side note there is a video store right next door w ith $ 1 rentals. Very convenient.
