Good food. I got the shrimp cheviche and it was top of the line. The chips and salsa were also really good. The restaurant is really clean and waitresses were attentive

Good food and great customer service. I will be sure to come back to this location soon. I ordered my food and I did not have to wait a long time and the place was on the busy side. My waitress was constantly checking if we needed anything else. She was really helpful. I recommend this spot to you all.

Music blaring and salsa flowing. They had an awesome DJ that transported us back to the early 90’s. The food was so-​so but the service was awesome!

Went here with my mom and dad couple of months ago. I ordered the ceviche tostadas. It was more like veggies with a couple of fish pieces. Ceviche had no flavor, tasted like hose water. My mom and dad ordered grilled fish. Had no flavor at all. The best thing was the french fries. Would not come back again, even if you payed me.

Valentine’s Day, turns out to be an awful experience at this place. Food is good, but the service was not good at all. The Corona was warm, waiter didnt return to see if we were ok. they took almost an hour to serve us our food, only after I asked why was it taking so long. My orchata, had very little ice, after almost an hour the little ice was gone… finally we get our order, waiter says you’ll get a ten percent discount. I didn’t care about no discount it’s was a joke any way 3.32 for horrible service ha, ha… waiter told us they were very busy, I’m like really there’s empty tables, and customers who came in after us had already been served. Oh wait so we order another Corona we ask to make sure it’s cold this time, waiter replies we are out of coronas. Really??? We didn’t get out complimentary little bowl of soup I just realized that ugh.

HORRIBLE customer service from the waiter in the morning. I asked for chilaquiles with chicken and I thought the chicken was just shredded chicken. Nd when it came it was chicken in some type of sauce and stuff. So I asked if I could change it cuz I didn’t like it and the waiter laughed and said «change it?» So I asked for a side of steak. nd it took 15 min to get it… never coming again!

We come here often and are always very satisfied with each server we have had. They are very attentive and since there is a buzzer on the table anytime you ring it they are there right away. They have the best micheladas and the molcajetes are bomb!!! My family loves it here

I really don’t understand bad ratings. Every time I come here for lunch, the food, the service and the prices are excellent. Maybe those bad rating are from the competitors.
I love this place.

Not far from work, so we’ve been here several times. I’ve gotten the lunch special carnitas plate few times. Their chunky carnitas is generally good, but the «dryness» can change from time to time. I recall first time I had it was very juicy, very good. So I ordered the same next time, and it was much harder and dryer. Then 3^rd time, was more moist. However, in the last year, we can also notice that the amount of meat has been decreasing slowing. I guess this shouldn’t surprise us; that how restaurants do it.
Service is friendly and nice. When we ask for extra salsa or chips, they’d bring it quickly. But they don’t have a salsa bar, that would be my biggest negative. But we will come back in the future.

Great food, great service. We drive from the city of WestCovina all the way down here. The seafood is fresh and the portions are pretty big. Every time we come in we usually always get the same waitress. I’m sorry to say I don’t know her name but she’s great and very attentive. I’m pretty big on customer service and let me tell you this place is on point.

Great service because they even have a button for when you need service and there salsa is fantastic and when it comes to the wait it is worth the wait also there soup with shrimp is fantastic.

They dnt offer real hard liquor. Boooo Food is ok, service is terrible. Rude waitresses, looks like they hate life! Very disappointing

This place was surprisingly clean and as soon as you walk in you know its legit. Good breakfast. had Chilaquiles. Potatoes are perfect as well as the Micheladas!

The food was great the customer service was great we went on a Wednesday so there was a lot of room to be served we got served where Idaway and the food was a lot worth what we paid for see we will be returning we went here for my moms birthday she had lots of fun

Got in here around 12:30 for lunch with my coworkers. Pretty empty considering the rain so we knew we would be serviced well. Been to their Ontario location numerous times and I love the food, and had not had it since moving to Orange County. Found out this location was under the same family ownership so I had to come here right away. Everything here is delicious and for the price you get your money’s worth and if your lucky even some left overs. Check out their lunch specials for a great deal. My favorite is the ‘Perfect Combo’ — 2 fish ceviche tostadas and a nice hot seafood soup for $ 8.
Give this place a shot, you won’t be disappointed. Sometimes it can get busy here so you might have to wait a little bit but that’s expected anywhere.

Bad service, No manager was on duty, they have a push button service on the napkin holder that doesn’t work lol, I will never go to that place again. Food wasnt that good n they dont have a beer menu, n the location is small inside. Tell me im a liar if none of this is true.

The food was super good. I had the ceivche tostadas! My sister had shrimp cocktail and that too was delicious. Overall I give this place a A+++. The hochata was also pretty good and not water down. I’ll be definitely be coming back!

Food is good, micheladas are good and service is good but can be improved. Have been here before and will come again…

Don’t understand all the bad reviews, if you feel you got bad service you must have a shitty attitude… but ANYWAY!
The food here is unbeliavably good, come here for fantastic Mexican sea food, I’ve been coming here since I was a wee lad with my family and it’s always been consistently great, it is a bit pricey but the portions are MASSIVE and you will leave very satisfied, I’m here as we speak and everyone has been very polite and the waitress has asked us if we’re doing okay more times than I can count, and we got seating, our order taken, and food brought out in less than 20 minutes, so don’t listen to people complaining about the service, they probably still demand their mothers cut the crust off their bread…
