The food is great. Great portion. My favorite is Angus beef with veggie on brown rice. The only thing i don’t like is sometimes the meats are burned. I have pick out burned parts. Hope they will clean up the equipment more frequently.

This is the most ghetto flame broiler I have ever been to.
I’ve been to this location a couple of times because I was hungry and didn’t want to eat anything from a drive thru, and I’ve hoped that the service and experience would improve each time but NOPE.
Each time I’ve gone in, the cooks are playing loud music in the kitchen, the sauce area is always a mess, I’ve had to wait for staff to acknowledge me a couple of times, and the food quality has been subpar. The chicken has always been overcooked when I’ve ordered and I can tell that they just reheat chicken that’s been cooked and prepared previously with the sauce on. There’s just nothing fresh about this place. Maybe the regulars are used to it because they haven’t experienced and tastes the freshness at other locations.
I love Flame Broiler, but this location gives them a realllllly bad name.

Can’t believe this flame broiler has 4 stars my chicken bowl was not good at all!!! Burned, hard overcooked chicken. Better off going to chopped teriyaki at least the chicken there Is fresh, not coming back to this location, I normally go to the one in la mirada, that one is great.

I come here a lot. The food is good, but pretty basic, but not a lot of calories for what you get (imho.) Especially if you get the brown rice, which I actually think is better than their white rice. Sometimes the white rice can be a little sticky for my taste. The lady at the front always recognizes me and is very friendly. And they are usually very fast, especially if you phone order.

I go to Flame Broiler often enough but I’ve never ordered a large order before. Had to order 15 bowls for a work/​lunch meeting and everything was ready when I got there. The bowls were packed up in an easy to carry box. All the condiments, forks and napkins were in the box as well. They even helped me carry it out to my car. Great service!

No soap in bathroom!!! I waited a few minutes for employee to replace soap bag… so what does that mean??? No one checks restroom? And/​or do employees wash their hands b/​4 handling food etc???

Came here the other day and want really happy with the food. I ordered the chicken bowl and my chicken was a little burnt not use to this from flame broiler but hey won’t be perfect every time

I like to go here a lot, for a great filling and cheap convenient meal. I usually replace white rice with brown rice, with veggies and chicken. There isn’t much wrong with the food, but the problem is the associate (s). There is this one specific, heavy set lady, who wears a gold chain that bugs and bugs the crap out of me and my friend when we are there. She is not dark, but is usually a cashier when the younger girls are not present. She is persistent on treating us like children. why? I have no idea to be honest. I am sorry, but she goes overboard in her aggressiveness for her line of work and pay. Wish someone could point that out to her because she looks ridiculous reprimanding people out loud. She makes you not want to return, period.

The chicken is bland and tasteless. The beef is solid, the texture isn’t great, but if you dip it in the magic sauce, it’s a good meal. The white rice is fantastic.
Also got a fountain coke, which was the most watered down soda I’ve had in my life. As I was getting it from the machine, there were second-​long intervals where all that was being dispensed was clear liquid, with not even a tinge of brown.
The employees are kind, and the food’s affordable. The seating situation is minimal, so I always get it to-​go, but overall it’s a nice enough spot.

Ordered a beef mini bowl today. My beef was dry, and there was a small bone in one of the pieces. My brown rice was overly moist and soggy, and there were a few hairs from the brushes used to cover the food in sauce

I came here with a friend to do some major grubbing after hitting the gym. The food’s delicious and at decent prices. I’d say it’s even better than Waba Grill or Yoshinoya. Unfortunately there aren’t any locations near my house, but I’ll be back for sure if I ever find myself working out at the Pico Rivera LA Fitness.
