ZERO stars.
Went here a few days ago. Was the only non-​Hispanic person there although the tall, skinny female employee may have been White. Four employees there & NOT ONE bothered to acknowledge me or wait on me. They pretended to be too busy. Skinny girl just stood there & smirked at me, refused to help me. At least the girl at the register was nice. (She couldn’t wait on me earlier as she was already helping another customer.) When she was ringing me up, a Hispanic man came in w/​his kid & all 4 employees greeted him & the 2 male employees suddenly weren’t busy & ran over to help him. No one said a word to me when I left but they all thanked the group of Hispanic people when they left. Obvious what’s going on.
To the business — you just lost a customer.
To people reading this review — save your $$ & go to Yogurtland a few doors down. We happened to be in the area the next day so I went there instead of BR & was actually treated like my business mattered.

Came in for some ice cream, Young-​jay Greeted us with a cheerful «hello!“he was very welcoming and attentive, he was also very knowledgeable about all the different flavors of ice cream. Great customer service skills and people skills will definitely be back!

Brought my dad down for a treat on Father’s Day… all of the associates greeted us as soon as we walked in and said Happy Father’s Day to my dad! We were helped by a SUPER friendly and awesome staff member named Albert. He was definitely the cherry on top of our «Sundae» visit! We all had 2 scoops and received free waffle cones with our selections. We will be returning for the great service and yummy treats!!! Thanks guys, you were super!!!

I came in to try an ice cream cake because I had a coupon. Albert and the store manager were great! The store manager helped me pick one out and wrote Happy Birthday. Albert was great ringing me up. With the money I saved I bought an ice cream clown because I was completely satisfied with their customer service.

I live in Santa Fe Springs but decided to drive a few minutes further to come to this location after reading all the horrible reviews for the location off Telegraph in Whittier.
I’m happy I did! Apon entry I was promptly greeted by a young man named Joel. He asked if he could help with anything and I told him I wanted a cake for my son’s 5th birthday party. He was vary polite and had great customer service. I’ll definitely come back here again. Thanks again Joel!

As soon as I walked in the door, Albert greeted us with a cheerful smile. He offered to let us try various flavors and patiently waited while we decided what to order. His customer service was out of this world just like the «out of this world» lunar cheesecake ice cream!!!

Haven’t craved for ice cream in so long. I actually wanted shaved ice from Class 302 but I wasn’t feeling well enough for a longer drive.
Jamoca Almond Fudge (3 stars) — my bff’s favorite, I just had to try it. It was okay. Maybe my tastebuds haven’t recovered fully just yet but I’ll try again later when I got home, considering I got a whole pint for myself. *cough-​fats-​cough*
Peanut Butter Chocolate (4 stars) — I liked this one better and of course I got a pint of it, too. $ 9.99 for the two pints. Good deal.
It’s nice to indulge here and there especially when you’re getting over a sickness or sumtin’.

I ordered an ice cream cake from there earlier this month online and it was 100% hassle free. Super easy process. I chose a standard round birthday themed cake for $ 24.99. I could’ve sworn I opted for a pack of candles for 1.99, but I guess it didn’t go through!
Anyway, the 4 stars are for the cake itself. The frosting is delicious as well as the icecream. I chose chocolate chip flavor and it was good! But the bread was very dry. I’ve had cakes from BR before, but never this dry. Boo!
Service is 5 stars though! The younger guy was cool and helpful. Although he did not want to hook me up with ONE candle, since for some reason it didn’t come through with my order. I had absolutely no money since I left my wallet at home so I couldn’t purchase the candle. He hesitated; really wanted to hook me up with one but his manager was nearby and he didn’t want to get in trouble. It’s ok young sir… I understand. No hard feelings :)

Great customer service !! As so as we walked into the store the girl offered us samples which my son eagerly accepted !! As soon as he was handed the sample the girl told us about the special !! Buy 2 scoops and get a free waffle cone which my son insisted he get !!
She served him his 2 scoops on a waffles cone and gave both my sons a coupon to return for a but one get one free offer !!
Very friendly and did I mention that the store was very clean and has tables for you too sit and enjoy your cone in the cool store and away from the heat outside !!

Albert was amazingly out of this world friendly and I just loved his customer service he made the trip to get ice cream just out of this world :) my boyfriend really enjoyed the pistachio almond flavor and loved the deal two scoops free waffle cone he is a sucker for a deal. THANKS ALBERT YOU’RE OUT OF THIS WORLD!
