Today Friday 12th 2015 2:30p Taking my boys to the movies next door. Made a stop for some icecream on this hot day. Was helped by a young man very nice and helpful. Customer service like his made me a customer to this location. I know it’s just ice cream but they help you get in locations matter if you are a returning customer. My husband and I are very happy and will be bring out kids back for ice cream

This place ALWAYS closes early, and if you do get there and they are open they will be out of the most common stuff, I went there two days ago and they were out of Chocolate… Really? and there blenders are always broken, this place is a joke, I would just drive a little farther to the Downey location… Much better!

Came here craving ice cream at 8:15 PM but don’t post that you close at 9 PM when you’re already closed before the posted time it’s really frustrating and annoying when I had to drive far!

Extremely friendly service! It took a little longer than expected but that was bc I asked for the one thing on the menu that takes forever lol typical me!
It was just myself and another couple who walked in while he was warming up the funnel cake but the gentleman behind the counter sure knew how to multi task! He was extremely courteous and that’s hard to find nowadays with everyone being so darn impatient.

Always been a fan even when they weren’t as big and they still make real good ice cream, are really accommodating (I had the Founder’s Favorite but with Salted Caramel Ice Cream) and make you feel welcomed

I’m hardly ever in the area. Came in ordered a signature creation, The oreo overload. I did tweak the recipe a bit. I had them use French vanilla and I substituted the chocolate chips with pecans…(wait scratch that THEY DIDNT HAVE PECANS) I had them use peanuts. Staff was nice and worked quickly. They only have one table to sit at and there is no outdoor seating unless you sit at the benches next to the movie theater.

Usually, I don’t give two shits about employees until recently. First time I came, I asked them to put it in a waffle bowl, guy said yes but didn’t do so. Whatever, it’s not the end of the world. Not only did it happen the second time I came, but it happened a third fucking time! Like bruh, is it that hard to remember to put the ice cream in a fucking waffle bowl?!?

Fast friendly service. It always looks close but I guess that’s because the walls are so dark. It was empty when we went and we were greeted by a young guy that helped us out quickly. All payments were accepted. No fuss at all… Just super tasty ice cream:)

It’s always something with this place. Cash only/​no gift cards accepted. Time after time I’ve tried to give them a chance and if it’s not one thing its another with them. It’s obvious! Very poor management at this location.

No coffee, no bananas, no milk so no milkshakes. Two employees and a line out the door. I love cold stone but not the quality of the service at this one. I can see why this place is often empty.

The ice cream is delicious and the customer service is excellent. I’ve been a fan of Cold Stone for years. Their creations are amazing! Yes, they get a little crowded over the summer nights and the customer service is sometimes dependent on how long the line is. Not at this location though! I’ve been here twice this summer and David, one of the employees always has a smile on his face. He truly understands customer service and makes the cold stone experience that much better.

Worst experience ever. I order online 2 days before and they made me wait 20 mins because they had problems with the internet. Plus the guy didn’t know if I paid online!?? Wtf! You have to. He was rude and wasn’t paying attention. They suck so bad I want to boycott it. Also I was late to work for waiting on them.

The best customer service I had at a Coldstone Creamery in America. Thank you Carlos & Richard aka «2» for giving my coworker & I an amazing experience! You guys were funny and kept a good conversation going as we waited for our ice cream! Carlos, you did a great job evenly mixing my ice cream too!

Don’t go near closing time because they just half-​ass making the mixtures and give you attitude that they are closed right after they get your money. The rudest was the the skinny white girl (brunette) with glasses.

Young staff working here they are always friendly. they give you an extra scoop of ice cream so if you buy a «like it» you will get served a «love it» only bad thing is that they might close earlier than they are suppose to.

There is a girl dresses all black, tall brunette, chubby, no name tag; she has really bad customer service. She is rude. Since she is wearing all black and the other two girls weren’t wearing black I am assuming she is the manager.
I am pretty sure the only reason she wasn’t wearing a name tag is because she doesn’t want to get in trouble. She has serious problems and need to learn some serious customer skills. I seen other reviews complaining about a girl from here not doubt we are talking about the same rude person. There was another girl Paola she has great customer skills.

This Coldstone is pretty small but closest to my house so I come every now and then. Oreo w/​brownie is yum yum yum. The employees are friendly and most enjoy working there. The small table inside is very wobbly and it doesn’t seem like the management will fix that because the table has been like that for months.
There are plenty of benches outside that I think belong to Krikorian but customers from Coldstone usually sit there. The indoor restroom is actually really nice so if you get that feeling rest assure you won’t be disgusted.

Ice cream is great but there gift card and debit card machine has not worked for over a month, the employee just told me this… I just purchased several gift cards at Costco for clients that I cannot use now. Also it looks like they are a cash only store for their conveyance … Corporate should know about this … Also they do not sell any cakes here the fridge is empty and they only have one table … Should have our at least cause there is room for more tables … Basically this store looks like they are waiting for the lease to expire cause here getting ready to close down
